As everyone is talking about sinuses today, I had a look at some data compiled by @LCP_Actuaries.

Overall there are 6.5 million people in England waiting for treatment, with 510,000 waiting to see an ear, nose and throat specialist.

In North West London (the CCG covering Westminster), there are 19k people currently waiting for an ear nose and throat specialist - the second highest number in the UK.

Although, it is one of the biggest waitlist CCGs for all specialities.

Prior to April 2021, Westminster had its own Clinical Commissioning Group, which had the 21st lowest overall waitlist (the best 15%).

However, in March 2021, the proportion of people waiting for an ear nose and throat specialist in Westminster was 27% higher than the rest of England…
