as the U.S. Department of Justice to investigate the deaths of the five and their killer, Cesare Santangelo.

Santangelo’s facility, the Washington Surgi-Center in Washington D.C. is the site where PAAU activists uncovered the fetal remains of 115 aborted babies.

Two of the five late-term babies recovered appear to be victims of infanticide while a third shows wounds consistent w/ partial birth abortion, both federal crimes. Some of the aborted remains were dated from as early as December 2021 just one month prior to the undercover visit

In the video, staff fully admits Santangelo does not use any feticidal shot to prevent infants from being born alive during an abortion. According to pro-choice sources, at the late gestational ages of the remains found by PAAU activists, without the use of a feticidal chemical,

babies are more likely than not to be born alive.

Santangelo’s insistence that those seeking abortion are under the infuluence of a drug like Xanax prior to informing them about the procedure, is a clear violation of the ethics and law relating to informed consent

and it is a clear his abuse of power.

The vid also includes an admission by staff that the fetal remains are in fact sent 4. incineration, a claim that their med waste company, Curtis Bay Energy, has denied. CB burns medical waste to create electricity for the city of Baltimore

PAAU Founder & Executive Director, Terrisa Bukovinac says “The DC police have stated that any new evidence could mean an investigation and we are demanding based on this new evidence that will take place.

We now know Santangelo was not taking precautions to prevent live births during the time these babies were aborted, and he must be fully held to account”.
