Some friendly reminders for the Left:

1. We’re a Constitutional Republic, NOT a Democracy.
2. States have more power than the Federal Govt.
3. The Supreme Court does not make laws.
4. The Electoral College is CRUCIAL in ensuring equal representation for every state.

5. Overturning Roe v Wade doesn’t mean abortion was banned. It means states get to decide.
6. Abortion was never amended to the constitution and that’s why it was overturned because the Supreme Court does not have the power to make laws.
7. Congress makes laws.

8. The reason our nation is spiraling out of control because lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have broken their oath numerous times to preserve the constitution.
9. The Supreme Court is meant to make their rulings SOLELY on what the constitution says…

… not due to their personal feelings or political beliefs.
10. That’s why the 2nd Amendment wins in court every time. The constitution says “shall not be infringed” - so, gun control means infringement.
11. The DOJ comments on SCOTUS decisions is incredibly inappropriate.

12. The DOJ is an extension of the Executive Branch, meaning their purpose is to enforce the laws on the books not dictate which law is right or wrong.
13. As you can see from this thread, I described what is known as the separation of powers.

14. Anyone in any branch of Government who doesn’t follow these rules are in fact breaking the Constitution and are communists.
