Well ain’t this a coincidence! Here’s testimony by DC DHS director last year about how the agency used the FirstNet network to coordinate first responders on January 6.

What is FirstNet, you may ask?
A private-public partnership to provide communication services between agencies when needed.

Chris Wray’s FBI awarded FirstNet a big fat grant a few weeks before January 6

And GUESS who worked for FirstNet?

Karlin Younger, the woman who just HAPPENED to be doing her laundry (!) that afternoon and just HAPPENED to notice a “pipe bomb” by RNC HQ on her way to laundry facility.

A crazy coincidence, right?

Almost 18 months later—no suspect, no mention of pipe bomber by J6 committee, no promised report from FBI investigation.

Hearing about to begin in Proud Boys case. Enrique Tarrio new motion opposing delaying trial
Some defendants (all detained) nonetheless want to delay the trial due to ongoing conflicts with January 6 committee hearings--Nordean and Tarrio do not. Both lawyers object to AGAIN excluding time from Speedy Trial clock.

Kelly will move trial, denies motions to sever.
LOL Judge Kelly talks possibility of opening statement in Proud Boys trial beginning on January 2, 2023--right before the 2nd anniversary of the protest.

Kelly now pretending he'll consider change of venue motions. (He won't) DOJ is undefeated in jury trials for Jan 6 defendants

In a fair world, here are the charges Colbert's crew should face if Jan 6 rules applied:

>Obstruction of an official proceeding for attempting to cover J6 committee hearing without press credentials. This requires lengthy pretrial detention perhaps 16+ months

>Interfering...
with law enforcement for refusing to leave committee area after being instructed to do so by USCP.

>Civil disorder

>Violent entry and disorderly conduct in a restricted building

>Parading in a Capitol building

>Entering and remaining in a restricted building

>Utter loud..
threatening, or abusive language

>Act of physical violence in a Capitol building for banging on doors of GOP lawmakers

Adam Schiff should be charged with aiding and abetting all offenses.

Qs about J6 committee performance tonight:

Will they tell us why Capitol police were instructed to use non lethal munitions against J6 protesters for the first time in department history? People outside the Capitol doing nothing but standing there were assaulted early on by…
stun grenades, pepper balls, tear gas. DC Metro threw pepper balls filled with rubber billets causing injuries to people standing on Capitol grounds.

Will @Liz_Cheney explain how those devices played a role in the deaths of Kevin Greeson and Ben Phillips, who suffered fatal…
heart attacks after being hit with flashbangs?

Will @RepKinzinger shed tears for Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland. 2 women who also died that day wholly or partially because of police misconduct on January 6.

Will committee follow up on this testimony?
