Geolocation of the Russian ammunition storage targeted this morning.

P.S I’ve done all of it from my smartphone.

In the video above we see this tall tower and a stripped chimney.

I’ve geolocated this (coal power plant ?) to the outskirts of Luhansk.

A video reportedly from today shows civilians being evacuated from this location.

In the first video you can also see these apartment buildings. Geolocated here : (48.5616192, 39.2470060)

We also see this building in the background. Geolocated here : (48.5607219, 39.1952714)
By estimating the line of sight of the person filming, I drew a line to a possible location for ammunition storage.

In my opinion, it is likely that the place of the explosion is this industrial zone in the city of Rodakove (Родакове).

This place is about 70 km from the front line.

FIRMS shows two fire locations. One is approximately where I estimated the explosions occurred. The other is further west.

This matches other photos of the area.
After discussing this with a few people, I believe the explosions happened here : 48.5624465, 38.9441186

This lines up with FIRMS data.

Also, @idontwa86202030 pointed out that the industrial zone in Rodakove was destroyed a few years ago.

The smoke plume extends over 100km!
UPDATE : Not one but two Russian bases were successfully targeted by Ukraine.
The base was completely destroyed.

Based on high resolution imagery, I can say that two Ropucha class LSTs were hit last night during the a Ukrainian missile strike on the Sevastopol port.

One of the ships has a large scorch mark on its side, and another can be seen being towed into a dry dock.
Both ships are afloat.
The Ivan Khurs doesn’t appear to be damaged.

Timeline of the Nova Kakhovka dam explosion :

Residents located in a local Kakhovka group chat began reporting one or more explosions at around 2:20 a.m. local time.

20 minutes later, they started talking about an "incomprehensible noise" and more people started saying that "the water is making a lot of noise".

At 3 a.m. local time, someone reports that other channels (later clarified as Russian telegram sources) claim that the dam has exploded.

Quick map showing reported attacks on 4 refineries and 2 fuel trains over the past 4 days. Locations are based on @GeoConfirmed data and media reports. Image
All of these attacks were confirmed using geolocated images, except for the one in Novoshakhtinsk, which is mapped based on media reports.
As said here, the two trains could have nothing to do with the recent strikes against oil depots.

The next U.S. military package for Ukraine is rumored to contain Ground-Launched Small Diameter Bomb a long range precision munition. This thread will try to explain why this could be a game-changer.
