1/Today we go back in time, one year, to analyze part of how Pfizer has its tentacles on adverse report publishing. You might have noticed how all the other jabs have been attacked on media and even limited by governments, but Pfizer is sold as "da gud one".

2/ So for today's exercise we will be using one of the seminal papers on VITT that appeared on the "prestigious" NEJM. As you might recall, "extremely rare" thrombotic issues were reported around the first trimester of '21 in Scandinavian countries

3/ These reports "somehow" made it to mainstream media, which pointed out the "extremely rare" danger that viral vector vaccines were displaying. It became a media frenzy to report about the few deaths, and AZ became public enemy #1 overnight, followed by JnJ

4/The fear was enough to make people start looking for the "safe and effective" mRNA platform in droves. AZ was also on the news for trial issues.However healthcare community was fixed on the idea "extremly rare,just very few cases,still in study,no papers".

5/In medicine, most physicians don't care about issues if they aren't in a "MAJOR & RESPECTED" journal, and papers published on those are almost never scrutinized and are taken as gospel. The most famous ones being NEJM and Lancet. *cough* Surgisphere *cough*

6/Months pass and then suddenly two papers shake the medical community. Both published on NEJM almost one after the other, describing what would be called VITT cases in Europe. NEJM papers have a conflict of interest section, but separate disclosure forms.

7/Enter Greinacher et al."Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia after ChAdOx1 nCov-19 Vaccination".This is one of those papers that shook the prevailing vax narrative at the time, pointing to some serious issues with viral vector vaccines.

8/ The paper itself talks about the very unusual and serious cases. The only mention of Pfizer in it is in the introduction when they mention the platforms available. The COI mentions just a German Government grant. That's it. Very good , isn't it?

9/Knowing how Pfizer plays the game, you need to check everything else. Let's see what the disclosure forms reveal, shall we?

11/To finish, when the grant came from German Research Foundation, the same German gov that gave $445 millions to BioNTech for the jabs, the same BioNTech that is tied to Pfizer for C19 jabs, then the tentacles become a little clearer
