@StorytellerSBM Sitting in solitary for his own safety. The VA sent my mentally ill nephew to prison for pushing an orderly, unmedicated. If he is uncomfortable at a VA hospital, and that’s his insurance, the VA should find a solution for care. Nope. Wiped their hands.
@StorytellerSBM My nephew is still in jail. He refused all counsel and meds. My sister finally was able to drive the 8hrs to visit with him and this is how it went. We NEED HELP HERE - NAMI is a resource, they are not in the position to truly help. @AndyKimNJ @GovMurphy @NYGov @GovKathyHochu
