Apa yang aku dapat buat dengan buka klinik sendiri yang baru sebulan ni?

1/ Hapuskan kadar bayaran doktor RM 40/jam. Minimum RM 45/hour, aim to go higher.

2/Semua staf termasuk aku, cuti 3 hari seminggu.

Misi aku mudah untuk memperkasa sistem kesihatan, and it begins right from where I can do something, and we start this from Day 1. Bukan bila dah maju.

1. No overwork. Aku aim staf balik on time. In real life, not always possible, but if we make it a priority, then we will continue working on it. As simple as good software can help a lot to achieve this.

2.More off days. Working 6 days / week is ridiculous for me. 4 days are enough. Go home, recuperate, and come back as human, not zombie. My staf went for decent holidays without applying annual leave. ☺️

3.More off days means more available time for self development program. We don't provide the program, but we make sure there's feasible time for staff to attend program they love. ✊

4.Reading culture. 1 book 1 month policy is powerful. We can't be empowered without being more educated. And reading is one of the excellent tools to achieve that. 📖📚📕

5.Training, training, training. The more proficient you are, the more efficient you are.

We are not successful yet, we just want you to know, even if we failed, we failed trying. If we are successful, then you know it's not a one night wonder. Pray for us 🙏
