Hutchinson said she tried to tell Meadows twice--he shut the door of his secured vehicle on her--about the violence. She said she succeeded in notifying Meadows "about 20-25 minutes later."

at the earliest, she notified Meadows at 1:15 or 1:20--again ASSUMING this info came to her the moment it happened which is highly unlikely.
