Each day our individual hourglasses get emptied a little more. Time is really scarce for all of us so when one engages in a long-term commitment, it proves how much one values someone or something.
When in doubt, ask how much future time one has in the game.
2/ Even better than asking, use on-chain data! With ZKP tech, one could justify how much skin they have in the game w/o revealing all the details like proving a rough weighted average duration or league.
A verifiable statement could look like this:
"10+ years OG turtle".

3/ Now, imagine a very exclusive #ProofOfTime party 🥳 only accessible to 10+ years stakers (turtles or above). No ticket or ID at the entrance, just the ability to show a recently signed on-chain statement proving a couple of attributes w/o doxxing oneself.
4/ I like partying with like-minded people and I can clearly foresee the many upcoming opportunities reserved for people that have a decent future time in the game.
5/ Now, imagine a smart contract that lends out based on how much of one increases their average duration: "5+ years stakers who kept increasing their average duration regularly for a year get a discounted rate on new & existing loans.
6/ Now, imagine someone creates a lottery based on an auto-rolling monthly stake whose yield would be gifted to a few lucky users above the global average duration.
7/ Now, imagine a multi-sig time-locked escrow that further secures any off-chain agreements. The escrowed asset (if growing) would create incentivize all parties involved to deeply respect the agreement and foster the underlying relationship.
2/ The OA will likely to own 90% of the initial supply. It surprisingly entered at the end of the Pulsechain sacrifice in July 2021, making some sacrificers quite bitter. Maybe they did not understand what sacrificing meant...
3/ Such ownership level is nonetheless important for Proof-of-Stake chains where the ability to produce blocks directly correlates to the share of the total supply. "The only reason why blockchain exist is censorship resistance... otherwise just run a database" RH
