The costs of gold, real estate, goods and services is not higher because they are more valuable, it’s largely because the value of the dollar has been inflated away. There is only a few ways to pay off $30 trillion in debt.

You either raise taxes along with revenue from fees & fines, spend less money, or inflate the dollar away so it’s less valuable. With only a couple of exceptions we’ve only elected politicians that do two of these.

But nobody wants to hear this, everyone just wants to let the good times roll. Because we are still mostly a capitalist society, the markets will be left to fix it. Check the balance in you 401K or your Roth account lately?

This is market forces in action removing excess liquidity from the money supply that politicians and the Fed created out of thin air by quantitative easing and buying securities along with profligate spending suckers.
