But I believe we can reclaim our power and human rights from malignant narcissists who believe they are above the law. Correctly diagnosing the disease is the beginning and critically important first step. It can and will lead to saving our planet. What we need is

a sustained and strategic complex systems public health approach. 1. prevention 2. rescue and 3. recovery initiatives on global scale! In America, we must hold Trump and those responsible for the violent coup attempt accountable. People who understand the peril we face will need

to focus their attention and make the sustained effort required! But I believe with all my heart and soul that we must do more now to reach out to loved ones and friends who have been brainwashed. #igotout is a movement of people (including myself) who have

escaped authoritarian relationships, toxic religions cults, political systems, and all groups that exert BITE model criteria that once enslaved us. We need to share our stories in a way that uplifts and liberates. We need to exercise love and patience and compassion and

engage people IRL as well as online on a global scale. We need to destigmatize the idea that having had our minds hacked showed we were weak or stupid. Realizing we had trusted liars and believed nonsense is first step. Being willing to look at factual, reliable evidence with

courage and intelligence will help preserve our freedom of mind. Women hold incredible power. Young and old as well as people from every oppressed group can join together. We are better together. We must all lifts our eyes to a positive potential future vision, lest we get sucked

into fear, helplessness or hopelessness. I have worked for 46 years and am not about to stop now. The MSM has largely censored ex-cult members, friends and colleagues. Information control is the “I” of the BITE model. It is up to each one of us to look in

a mirror and make a personal assessment of what is within our control and influence to contribute NOW. Some might write a song. Some might contribute $$$. Some might peacefully protest in the street. Some might need to just start educating themselves about authoritarianism.I have

written four books and a doctoral dissertation on Undue Influence and the Law. I have a podcast I started in January called The Influence Continuum and the @MeidasTouch brothers kindly invited me to put it on their growing media platform. I do

interviews and write blogs with fascinating people who have each made outstanding contributions to help people. Please have hope and join together and let’s uplift each other. Do not get sucked into hatred and turning people into objects and demonizing them. If you have

family and friends who have “changed” and you have blocked or haven’t talked to them for a long time, start slowly. Just reach out with a heartfelt “How are you?” or “I miss you!” and “I want you back in my life!” Focus on common ground whether it is music, dance, art,

children, pets, nature, and positive memories you have of them from your past. Reestablish warm regular communication. Apologize if you said or did hurtful things. Exercise flexibility. Be humble and curious to learn and grow. There is so much beauty. There is so much goodness!

Celebrate each other’s accomplishments. Control your own mind. Don’t let fear take over your ability to reason and evaluate evidence. Truth will stand up to scrutiny. If what you currently believe is shown to have flaws or lies, as @AdamMGrant writes in his

brilliant book, Think Again, separate your ego from your beliefs and just pursue truth. Remember if something is true, it will stand up to reality-testing. Check out and do the steps for yourself. Know there are millions and millions of others who have

also suffered. You are not alone. There is a potentially great future for you and you have the power to fulfill your goals- if you ask for help when you need it. And help often comes from unexpected people and sources. Have hope. Work hard. Seek Beauty, Creativity and Awe. Love!
