Read how its a booster injection to India's Rural economy and small time farmers belonging to lower strata.

20 crore Indian Muslims celebrated Eid Ul Adha ( aka BaqrEid/Bakri Eid in India), Since 60% out of 4 Crore Muslim Families fall under Middle class to Upper Class, So assuming 60% Muslim will participate in the sacrifice.

Assuming that Sacrificial animals cost 10k/- to 50k/- (Normally) & abve 1Lakh in many cases. For calculation if we take an average price of 25k/- per Family.
2.4 cr × Rs 25000 = 6 Lakh Crore Rs

Add in the cost of transportation, feed and the Hafta that goes to various actors (you know who), the amount may rise well above 650,000 Crores.

Market:
Now, Who all will get benefited from the Economic point of view.
1. These are No Chinese products.
2. No MNC products.
3. 100% Desi rural economics.
It's only and only farmers of rural India.

Employment: If one farmer manages average around 10 goats and one Farmer manages around 2-3 Big animal a year then.
2 cr ÷ 10 = 20 lakh. 40L ÷ 3= 13 Lakh families direct Employement.

So BaqrEid contributes to local business, economic of Rs 6 Lakh Crores & provides Employement to around 45 lacs small & medium farmers. & since Farmer's business is not based on religion hence farmers from various communities benefit,But mainly lower & backward hindu farmers.

Also each Animal's meat is distributed in 3 parts, Poor people, Relatives and Self. Which means that meat which ia given to poor as their share would amount to around 65lakh goats/sheeps out of 2Crore and 13 Lakh big cattles. In sheer numbers alone thats a miracle.

Since a Goat can be Consumed by At least 30 people, bigger cattle can be consumed by 200 ppl. The occ of BaqrEid provides food to
2 cr × 30 = 60 cr.
13L x 200= 26 Crore ppl.
even if 35% is dicounted as repeat, still it comes to 50-55Crore poor people. At 50% it'd be 40cr.

So to sum it up.
Key Economic benefits of BaqrEid:
Business - Rs 6Lakh Crores.
Free Food - 50-55 cr ppl.
Employment - 45 lac ppl.
& These are bare minimum estimates, actuals can be still bigger as evn the Small Lower Mid-class familes pool in together fr Hissa/Joint Qurbani.

We have also not added the Qurbani conducted by Arab, Turkish and other wealthy families in India as part of their charity. Mainly because the trend in in decline since Pandemic. It used to be around 10% of total Qurbani, 100% of it went to Charity.

So, this 3 day event is
One of the most important sectors contributing to the GDP and Employment in INDIA. It is more than 17% of Central Govt's Annual Budget. it is Almost equal to UP Budget which is 6.15, or Double of K'taka's annual budget of 2.45Lakh Crores.

So BaqrEid makes Livestock cattle one of most liquid asset and safest asset in rural India & its trade should be promoted by GOI to increase Employement. But BaqrEid is targeted instead, to trouble Muslims & goad LC & OBC farmers into submission via economic repression.

Note: these Estimated values do include the business of leather, bone and other by products.
This alos doesnt include the festivities expenses like dresses, feasts and etc. If all included we may well be staring at 10lakh crores business here, that in 3 days.

Islam has 2 main Eids, and it is inspiring how, in both of them Charity Is one central aspect. Hadiths states "dont come to Eidgah if you dont give fitrah/dont do Qurbani despite ur ability ". May Allah bless Us all with many Eids wher our Qurbani & Rozas are accepted.
