BREAKING: The suspected rapist accused of impregnating the 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio was arrested Tuesday and booked into Franklin County Jail.
Columbus Dispatch says bond was set at $2 million and that Gershon Fuentes, 27, is believed to be an "undocumented" immigrant.
Fuentes, charged with first-degree felony rape of a child under 13yo, was arraigned Wednesday morning. He has a preliminary hearing in Franklin County Municipal Court scheduled for July 22.
BREAKING: Video inside the courtroom of Fuentes's arraignment hearing for the rape & impregnation of the 10-year-old Ohio child.
The court provides translation services for the 27-year-old alleged rapist, who is reportedly an illegal immigrant.
UPDATE: @townhallcom has obtained full footage of Fuentes's first court appearance. The aborted child being called "the products of conception" in court was entered into evidence for DNA testing, a detective testified, to confirm the baby's paternity.
WATCH: 27-year-old alleged rapist Gerson Fuentes, a Guatemalan national who's been living in the U.S. illegally for at least SEVEN YEARS, appeared in court for the impregnation of a 10-year-old Ohio girl at the center of the viral post-Roe abortion story.
TIMELINE pt. 1
- June 22: Police assigned case after Children Services referral via 10yo pregnant child's mother
- June 29: Abortion consultation
- June 30: Abortion performed in IN
- July 2: Aborted baby retrieved, entered into evidence for DNA testing
TIMELINE pt. 2
- July 6: Detectives contacted victim's family/10yo girl "acknowledged that Gerson Fuentes was, indeed, the father of the pregnancy"
- July 12 (ARREST): Search warrant issued for Fuentes's DNA/suspect confessed to raping child at least 2x
Ohio authorities suspect that Fuentes, an illegal alien who's been living in Columbus-area FOR YEARS, isn't using his real name. DETECTIVE testifying: "We have no legal documents to ascertain who he may actually be."
UPDATE: A criminal complaint naming Fuentes says the rape of the 10-year-old child took place on May 12 around 8:00 pm.
Police weren't assigned the case until June 22 (over a month later) when the girl's mother reported she was pregnant.
A probable cause affidavit says that, on July 6, the 10-year-old girl referenced Fuentes "as the suspect who raped her."
Detectives served a search warrant to obtain a buccal swab to DNA test Fuentes's saliva. Then at police HQ, the suspect "confessed to raping" the child.
🚨 BREAKING: All public records requests for the rape report have been DENIED by Columbus Police because it was initiated by "a mandated reporter" and "is not a public record."
No other records will be released from this investigation until the Fuentes case is adjudicated.
Columbus Police have released the division's mugshot of Fuentes when he was arrested Tuesday.
WATCH: Mother of the 10-year-old rape victim defended Fuentes, an illegal alien from Guatemala, in an interview with Telemundo, alleging that the child "is fine" and "everything they say about him is a lie."
🧵 Gay activists William & Zachary Zulock were sentenced to 100 years in prison for "routinely" raping their adopted special-needs sons, producing "homemade" child porn of the abuse, and inviting pedophiles off of Grindr to gang rape their two children.
The judge who handed down their 100-year prison sentences cited an LGBTQ-themed "Love Is Love" sign that once adorned the couple's kitchen, where some of the sexual abuse took place. Judge Foster said he noticed the married men's Pride paraphernalia featured in a number of the child porn videos entered into evidence.
"[Love] is not a deviant sexual interest in prepubescent children. Unfortunately, that's what summarizes your home," Foster said.
"There's no love in this household," DA McGinley added. "They're [the children were] there to please these two defendants."
Though the jointly indicted co-defendants were convicted on slightly varying charges, Judge Foster decided that they were equally culpable and deserved the same sentence. "One initiated it. One joined in, honestly, because it just sounded like he was jealous. I don't know what is worse."
Under police interrogation, Zachary said William started the sexual abuse when he one day "had the urge."
Instead of discussing the child's well-being during the abuse, Zachary talked at length about how he felt finding out that William had initiated it without him, indicating he was more so upset with the fact that his husband left him out at first.
"I was concerned that, you know, William had to do something and didn't tell me," Zachary complained. "I even asked him about it one night. I don't know if it was before or after oral. I was like, 'I thought you trusted me, and we could talk about anything.' And I was like, 'I wish you had—this is something you had told me about, let me know.'"
The NIH is funding trans activism disguised as a scientific study. $3 million has been pumped into a research project studying the "benefits" of puberty blockers, as part of a nationwide push to influence public policy on pediatric "gender care."
The NIH-funded research is actively recruiting children in the early stages of puberty who identify as "transgender, non-binary, or gender-diverse."
Three top children's hospitals across the country are taking part.
Children's National Hospital in D.C. is tapping a taxpayer-funded LGBTQ activist group to supply "trans" kids willing to participate in the study. On behalf of Children's National, the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a non-profit on Capitol Hill, is soliciting elementary-aged children enrolled in Little SMYALs, their K-8 program that coaxes children as young as six-years-old to identify as "transgender."
The open call announced that SMYAL was partnering with Children's National Hospital on the study's enlistment efforts and analysis of the data eventually gathered.
Little SMYALs manager Taryn "Ty" Kitchen ("they/them"), a "non-binary educator," will be working with Children's National as "a community consultant" to "help interpret and contextualize the eventual results."
A mega-thread of all the evidence admitted thus far in the Hunter Biden gun trial:
1/🧵
On October 12, 2018, Hunter Biden walked into StarQuest Shooters & Survival Supply, a federally licensed firearms dealer in Wilmington, Delaware, and answered "No" to Question 11.e on ATF Form 4473, a federal background check form, certifying that he was not doing drugs or addicted to a controlled substance, such as cocaine.

By attesting "No" to the drug user/addict question on the federal firearms paperwork, Hunter Biden was able to buy a Colt Cobra .38 Special revolver.

🎥 This cattle farmer has beef with Big Government.
Small-town Amish farmer Samuel Fisher had his farm RAIDED by the Virginia Department of Agriculture, his property SEIZED, and his meat sales SHUT DOWN.
"They came with a search warrant...They just raided through everything."
@townhallcom interviewed that Amish farmer, whose nightmare began when the government of Virginia launched a raid on his 100-acre farm. Listen to Fisher's story, in his own words 🧑🌾
Why is the state punishing this Amish farmer? Fisher processes his farm-raised meat in-house and sells it directly to his 500 customers, who overwhelmingly prefer it that way (the farmer butchering by hand himself on the local farm), instead of shipping it to a USDA facility.
