According to the best international standards, the useful life of buses is 12 years & after that their use can be harmful to passengers & the environment. The operational model adopted by ZU Peshawar is the cheapest & best & puts the least economic burden on the government.

The payment/Km paid to the operators by ZU Peshawar is less than the payment for all the metro systems in 🇵🇰. This model costs the govt less per bus than other models and the quality of system is obvious from the fact that it has been nominated for global awards!
