ONLINE FRAUD THREAD.
Involves:
@BlueDart_ , shirtgrand.in / Affroots Online Pvt. Ltd.
Order placed through website & was received today. Trusting the brand & delivery partner, parcel wasn't opened and then payment was done to delivery guy.

As soon as the courier was opened, it was found that totally a different & poor quality product was delivered.
Now, I tried tracking the delivery company, which I found out is some sham company in Ropar, Punjab.
Google maps doesn't show the mentioned add. & no contact no.

Then I tried contacting more trusted @BlueDartCares and they tell me, 'yes, they have the contract with that company but they don't check what is being delivered within their couriers'. BD also promised me to provide with contact number and address of that company.

Also, that issue has been raised & they will let account manager know of the situation & that person will update (none yet).
So, I wait & call BD again bcz I don't receive any update. This time they tell me to write down the company contact & obviously phone is switched off

What worries me here, how easy is to #scam nowadays & then a company like @BlueDart_ doesn't know their clients' products. They can sign contract with any Co. & deliver anything (even illegal?)
There are so many complaints registered against shirt company, saw it later.
