News about conscription campaign in #russiaisaterrorisstate (based on analysis of the local&regional media): 🇷🇺 sources stopped open publishing of numbers and reporting about achievements. In a number of regions there are more reports about punishing draft evasion. Details in🧵:

1. Kursk region (bordering 🇺🇦): recruitment campaign failed, 15 days before its end only 50% of new conscripts were sent to army.
2. Vladimir region (heartland, proper 🇷🇺): chief military commissioner revealed: no one want to serve in airborne assault troops to be sent to Ukraine

3. Ryazan (heartland, proper 🇷🇺): military draft school and college graduates right after ceremonies without giving them chance to take diplomas, evaders are threatened with detention.
4. S.Peterburg (heartland, proper 🇷🇺): communal workes are forced to spy for young conscripts.

5. Karelia (heartland, proper 🇷🇺 with finnish minority): young men are called to military commission on the day they must pass final state exam or right after graduation ceremonies, parents desparately call for justice.

6. Dagestan (Caucasus, multiple minorities, chronic poverty, criminal networks and jihadists): local authorities openly recognized that evasion has become the main obstacle to draft campaign.

7. Finally, suggestions why it is happening: in Tver (heartland 🇷🇺), in Kaliningrad (🇷🇺enclave) courts prohibited to reveal information about casualties and buried soldiers. Parents are terrified that their children will be forced to go in Ukraine, get killed or severely wounded
