Step 1: Create a git project. I always use {usethis}, create_project(), use_git() and use_github() are a godsend

Step 2: Name your slides index.qmd 
Step 3: Once you have pushed the changes to Github, go to Settings -> Pages -> Source. Click the button that says "none", select "main/master".
