It's been 5 years since 2017 hang up phone calls, when Erika Hutchcraft gave me a case number.

I filed an LAPD police report in 2010 when a man was calling me w/death & rape threats.

Both cases no detective will give me an update or tell me who it was.

Same w/2018 email hack

I will include this case number & her emails & the police reports I filed in my privacy act request any case file they have on me, which I am requesting from the FBI.

I want to know if this 2017 phone caller
( filed 2017 LAPD rpt)
was the same man
who was calling me in 2010 W/ death & rape threats
( I filed an LAPD police report in 2010)
&
who was the 2018 email hacker.
Same person or different people.
I want their names so I can sue them.

The police refuse to give me updates on my cases.

I think Todd Spitzer, Erika Hutchcraft & Tony Rackauckas engaged in disability discrimination towards me & violated my Marsy's Rights & Civil Rights.
I'm not sure of the status of the case number Erika Hutchcraft gave me, she emailed me & said she was investigating Birch & Steve.

I'm going to file a state bar complaint against Todd Spitzer.
I want answers regarding the information &
investigation case number the Orange County District Attorney assigned to me as my case number
& I want my casefile if it's closed
& the info from my case with them.

Erika Hutchcraft Orange County District Attorney Office emails to me about Birch & Steve Davis & Jim Clemente.

My child sex crime case was open at LAPD in 2009 & apparently the FBI had it in 2017.

I want my casefile from Erika Hutchcraft & what she investigated about my case & the case number she gave me.
And the phone caller who was harassing me who I reported to her, & filed a 2017 LAPD phone harassment report, who was calling me in 2017 when I was in contact with her.

I'm going to give all of this to the National Labor Relations Board so they can investigate when I file my complaint.
