You and I know things are not alright in Nigeria.

If we don't take this nation back, "they" won't hand it over.

If we don't do what what needs to be done, the hardship will continue.

we need to rise up and be seen to be ready & well equipped to take over Nigeria.

Sulking and social media commentaries are no criteria for winning elections or being called upon to take elective positions.
When the youths of this country refuse to cease or grab opportunities, then we shouldn't complain when incompetent and thieving people step in or cling on to power

Truth be told, we have allowed these crop of politicians to continually DISTRACT us at critical moments.

As it were, d Israelites walked on dry grounds, crossing d Red Sea, & when their Pursuers followed on d same ground, God had made it muddy in d twinkle of an eye.

Never underestimate this God even

THEME-Today is your BIG day-Part 1

Text-Psalm 40v1 TPT
I waited & waited & waited some more, patiently, knowing God wld come through for me. Then, at last, he bent down & listened to my cry.

The Psalmist waited & waited & waited until His waiting paid off.
He waited because he knew something. He knew God would come through for him.

He knew even if he waited for days, months, years, God was going to come through for him.

Yes, on a day like this, he probably did not see things coming, and suddenly, like a bolt out of the blues,
his change came..it was his big day.

Like the Psalmist too, Zechariah had expectations. He and his wife had been praying and trusting God for the fruit(s) of the womb, and on a day like this, their BIG day came.

God will fight the battle for you. And you? You keep your mouths shut!"

You see, It will be beneficial to us if we keep our mouth shut when God is at war Image
, fighting our battles.

It will be beneficial to us to keep our suggestions, ideas, skills, to ourselves. If it was any good, God wouldn't be doing the fighting.

When He steps in, it is to save you from imminent shame, defeat etc.

So the Lord saved Israel that day, and the battle shifted to Beth Aven.

The Lord had to step in & takeover, else, the Israelites would have suffered monumental defeat.

When it's God's war, it's God's war.

1 Kings 11:11b KJV
...I will surely rend d kingdom from thee, & will give it to thy servant

Rending d kingdom from an individual cld mean a ship load of things

It cld mean taking away, a source of wealth, influence, affluence,
strength etc

It is never a thing of joy or something to be celebrated.

English dictionary defines
rend (plural rends) As a violent separation of parts

When God did some kingdom rending from kings in the Bible, it was because, they obviously crossed some red lines.
When Adam & Eve crossed the red line, (Garden of Eden) they experienced a rending.

Many kings too suffered the same fate.
King Saul had his kingdom rend from him. His disobedience not only cost him his kingdom, he "lost" his God.
