The amount of tax salaried class pays after getting screwd throughout the year, it feels that we only work to pay taxes. There's no social security, no health benefits. Govt has been increasing taxes on all possible investment vehicles. Even insurance attracts 18% tax
There has been 100% inflation over the last 2 decades in India. Commensurate with it people's salaries have also grown, but there is no increase in 80C deduction limit. India's savings rate is coming down for a reason. People can't save money, and govt is digging...
digging a grave for itself by reducing people' saving capacity. As Indians grow old ( without social security) they will be poorer in their old age and become liability for country. #ITRFiling
Any #politicalparty that offers Rs 4 lakh 80C deduction, removes LTCG tax on ELSS/ other instruments should get attention of 3.5 crore ITR filers. We don't want ways to evade tax (things allowed for businesses) We just want right to save for our future, coz govt gives us nothing
Anyone paying upwards of Rs 1 lakh in #DirectTax should get #CGHS benefit (because health insurance covers only hospitalization expenses),and anyone paying upwards of Rs 2 lakh should be allowed refund upto 50% of it in case of jobloss/income loss over next three years #ITRFiling

In every political system, that is the percentage of wealth ownership. It could be a few percenntage points here and there. But neither democracy, nor communism or any other form of govt has been able to find solution to it. Things begin to hurt when there's no growth in wealth
India's current problem is decelerarion in growth. That happened because govt stopped wealth creation for the bottom 60% through farm product price control and demonetization. GST ate into the margins of informal sector aggravating the situation.
If Bottom 60% makes wealth, the top 10% becomes wealthier because it owns the means of production and financial institutions. The other 30% earns more money through distribution and services. This is the natural structure of societies since industrial revolution).
