New filing in Oath Keepers case. Attorney says DOJ slow-walking use of informants and possible use of a FISA (!) warrant.
More here from Brad Geyer, Atty for Ken Harrelson. Geyer identified dozens of “suspicious actors” who remain uncharged and unidentified by DOJ.

Status hearing in Oath Keepers case up next. Defense has again asked for change of venue based on biased DC jury pool and impact of J6 committee hearings.

Here is just a sample of how DOJ is arguing to keep trials in DC. Totally delusional Image
I literally LOLed here. Sure there is no evidence DC is heavily biased against Trump aside from results of the last 2 presidential elections.

Also important to note DOJ is undefeated before DC juries in J6 trials. All guilty verdicts on every count returned in record time. Image
Case is before Judge Amit Mehta, Obama judge. I only scratch the surface here as to how Mehta has handled J6 cases. First Oath Keepers trial set for Sept. 26.

A thread on Michael Fanone, now nominated for an Emmy for one of his many interviews with CNNs Don Lemon. He was so almost dead on January 6 that he somehow miraculously found the strength to call CNNs news desk to complain about its coverage:
Fanone speaks with a hillbilly accent but he grew up in DC, attended private schools, and is the son of a prominent DC attorney tied to Democrats
It's the same firm now representing more than a dozen major news corps filing motions in court to unseal...

Back to House Judiciary and Olsen is off to a very rocky start. He's playing dumb about laws to protect SCOTUS justices from intimidation.

House Judiciary committee hearing underway with DOJ NSD chief Matthew Olsen--who opened a "domestic terrorism unit" this year.

Rep. Jordan reviewing "collusion" btw Olsen's division and school board assoc to target parents protesting school policies
Olsen tells committee "domestic violent extremism" poses a major threat to the homeland.

They are motivated by "racism" and "ant-government" sentiment. "There is no doubt these threats are on the rise. The Jan 6 attack on the Capitol stands apart."

Brags that 860 Americans...
have been arrested on serious crimes such as seditious conspiracy, etc. and those who interfered with the peaceful transfer of power. (Overwhelming majority charged with "parading" in the Capitol.)

Charlottesville is "seared in our memories."

Claims DOJ is nonpartisan LOL.
