After illegal alien Gerson Fuentes's arraignment, the mother of the 10-year-old rape victim asserted on camera to Telemundo that the admitted rapist is innocent and that the sexual abuse accusations are fabricated.

In a follow-up Telemundo interview, a local source confirmed that Fuentes is the mother's domestic partner and that she is PREGNANT with the illegal alien's baby.

BREAKING: The suspected rapist accused of impregnating the 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio was arrested Tuesday and booked into Franklin County Jail.

Columbus Dispatch says bond was set at $2 million and that Gershon Fuentes, 27, is believed to be an "undocumented" immigrant.
Fuentes, charged with first-degree felony rape of a child under 13yo, was arraigned Wednesday morning. He has a preliminary hearing in Franklin County Municipal Court scheduled for July 22.

The court provides translation services for the 27-year-old alleged rapist, who is reportedly an illegal immigrant.
