“If you use technology daily, read this:”

1. Technology can be used to change your life for good or bad.

It can be used to:

• Create
• Learn skills
• Build Your Network

But it can also be:

• Addicting
• Distracting
• Sabotaging
2. The first step to use it positively is to make a commitment to; create more, consume less.
3. Block out notifications for 90 minutes.

Put your phone on silent in a draw and create for 90 minutes, daily.

• Write
• Code
• Design

During this 90-minute focus period, you shouldn’t do anything else.

Block other sites you use.
4. Build your network.

The beauty about modern technology is that you can meet:

• Partners
• Millionaires
• Highly-skilled Professionals

... Online.

You just need to create value and get eyes on what you do.

They’ll notice you.
5. Control your dopamine levels

Never in the history of humanity, has it been so easy to get dopamine with little effort.

- Porn
- Netflix
- YouTube
- Video Games

Take control of your attention, otherwise it’ll control you.
6. The above activities don’t give you fulfillment.

What gives humans fulfillment is to:

• Create
• Build
• Connect with like-minded professionals

Focus on those, and not the cheap dopamine.
7. Take breaks

- Meditate

- 24 hours without Technology

- Go on long walks in nature
8. Focus on building one thing.

It may be:

~ Blog
~ Skill
~ Software
~ Social Media audience

Put most of your energy into it, and get 1% better daily.

“You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to become great.”

Acknowledging reality implies admitting the problems exist.
2. Never sacrifice what you could be for what you are✅

An individual should not limit themselves to who they currently are, but they should look towards what they are capable of.
