Alex Jones lawyers messed up and accidentally sent to lawyers for Sandy Hook families a full copy of everything on Jones’s phone. This then exposed Jones as hiding evidence he should have turned over.
Jones upon learning this: “This is your Perry Mason moment.”
Jones’ lawyers have a chance to ask him questions following the revelation that they accidentally released a full copy of Jones’ phone data to the plaintiffs.
They ask Jones if he trusted them to do a good job. I’m not kidding. That’s all.

1/ Caution: There is this emerging narrative that Fox News has somehow turned on Donald Trump. The media is seriously misreading this and also blowing a few things wildly out of proportion. Let me explain...
2/ Yes, it's true that Fox News is not as reflexively, loudly amplifying and boosting Trump the way they did when he was president. So people are right that ... yea .... things are a little different. But no, Fox News hasn't turned on Trump.
3/ First, let me just point out that there is *never* anything negative said about Trump on Fox News. During the 2015/2016 primaries, there was actually negative things said about Trump on Fox News. That is definitely not happening now. At worst, you'd get neutral commentary now.
1/ Verizon is dropping One America News. Verizon was last major provider carrying OAN. DirecTV dropped them earlier this year.
Following DirecTV dropping them, OAN began to suffer financially pretty as evidenced by scaling by programming. Losing Verizon is final nail in coffin.
2/ It wasn't getting much attention in the press, but for the past few weeks (and months), Media Matters as well as some other advocates have been urging Verizon to follow DirecTV's course of action drop them.
3/ As the efforts started to take effect, OAN launched an all out effort to basically bully Verizon into keeping them. A strategy that they have tried before with companies (and which didn't work then). All it did was validate how dangerous they can be. mediamatters.org/one-america-ne…
1/ So, I just want to point something out about Sec. Buttigieg's answer on Fox News Sunday yesterday. The good one that is making the rounds today.
Yes, it was a good answer. But, I think what most people don't realize is what happens after an answer like that...
2/ First off, Fox News doesn't like play the answer on a loop all day long. So basically, Fox viewers don't actually see it. Instead what they do is they go on offense. This pattern *always* happens after a good segment with a Democrat.
3/ Tonight, Fox News wasn't playing Pete's answer. Instead, they were claiming that he endorsed political violence.
Ingraham's audience is 2-3x the size of Fox News Sunday's audience. Here's how she covered it tonight.
1/ Elon Musk is terminating his attempted Twitter acquisition. A few thoughts…
2/ First, this is significant from a disinfo and extremism perspective. Musk had every intention of using Twitter for express political and ideological purposes. That is prevented now.
3/ The seeds of this termination were actually sowed a few months ago. Musk made claims about rolling back Twitter policies and he did it just before Twitter big ad sales event.
Advocacy groups pressured advertisers and major buyers basically stood on sidelines.
1/ @elonmusk’s claims should be treated with tremendous skepticism and with a critical eye.
Let’s assume what he says is true. Then that means he put together a $44 billion offer without basic essential information. At best, it is reckless and business associates should run now.
2/ Thing is. I just don’t think this is about bots or spam accounts. I think it’s that Musk had to put up a lot of Tesla stock to secure credit. But he can only borrow up 25% of value of share. Now that Tesla stock is falling, it means a few things…
3/ The lenders for his Twitter deal can demand more stock to secure the loans. But thing is, Musk just doesn’t have much uncommitted Tesla stock to play with.
Put another way, if Tesla stock keeps falling, he may not even have enough shares left to guarantee the loans.
1/Today Twitter held an event w/advertisers and potential content partners to sell and lock in ad revenue and partnerships for 2023.
We have been asking advertisers and content partners to be smart and protect themselves against likely dramatic changes to Twitter.
2/@elonmusk is promising to remove current Twitter policies preventing harassment and abuse.
So, we asked advertisers and content partners to just be very clear and let Twitter know that if brand safety items are rolled back, they will walk.
3/ Accordingly, it's important that any advertiser or content inking a deal now puts in place very specific measures that allow them to walk away if Musk makes some of the changes he is promising to make. Without that, they will be forced to subsidize hate, abuse and bigotry.
