I don’t remember the @TheJusticeDept suing Hillary Clinton, et al, for anything.

The Justice Department —as it was under Obama/Biden/Trump/Pence,etc. — is STILL politically infected with parasites. They don’t hide their bias, they fling it directly in your face. Sick people.

Hillary Clinton (who was out of the government at this time) asked John Podesta (who was in the government) to disclose Libya attack intelligence over email, and this was of zero interest to the Justice Department.
