So, a 73 year old Grandma, Faith Wanjiku, opened an account with @KeEquityBank in May 2019.

And a story that deserves to be addressed and justice served begins.

Faith, sold her only asset, a piece of land for shillings 2m.

Thread.
The Shs. 2m was deposited in her @KeEquityBank and her idea was to buy another piece of land and build "a simple home, to spend the rest of her life." Because as she says, " as you get older the beauty of life is found in simplicity"

She found the land and paid Shs.1m
Her nightmare began when she decided to pay her second instalment she noticed that she had lost Shs. 970k through the following withdrawals from her account. Please note the withdrawals were done via Eazzy banking App.

Yesterday, the same games were employed. The Deputy Registrar declined to sign the letter commiting documents to land registry and registrar of persons yesterday. We decided to wait for today
This morning family and friends reported at the High Court at 7am and the Deputy Registrar signed a letter that was on her desk from last evening at 11am. No problem with that, we can live with that....
