Rajat Sharma has exposed threadbare the vast properties in Mumbai, Lucknow, Bhopal, Delhi etc in name of AGL and rented out to companies for rent.

The rent going directly in proportion 1/3 to Rahul, 1/3 to Sonia and remaining 1/3 to Mallikarjun Kharge, Sam Pitroda,

late Motilal Vohra and Oscar Fernandes as beneficiaries.

The rent of one out of 9 floors at Bandra is 1.8 crore per annum at 5000 Sq.ft rent .

The Bhopal AGL land has a multi storeyed complex which has been sold to private players on 30 yes lease.

The lease expired in 2021, when it was detected there has been double fraud by Young India,they changed land use & sold shops. When the land is supposed to be used for printing of National herald newspaper. The case is in court.

Consumers in the national capital get 'zero' power bill up to 200 units of electricity.There's a subsidy of Rs 800 for those consuming between 201 to 400 units of power per month. As of now, there

are 30,39,766 such consumers under the first category and 16,59,976 such consumers under the second.

In addition, Delhi government gives 20,000 litres water free to six lakh beneficiaries every month.

A simple calculation, and you can see that these consumers are

saving thousands of rupees per month, thanks to Kejriwal. These people are not poor - the subsidy is given without any income criteria.

So Kejriwal has found a legal way to bribe more than 45,00,000 consumers in Delhi using honest taxpayer's money.
