An FBI raid over Presidential Records Act compliance is quite the horse for the DOJ to bet its institutional reputation on. Especially when Hillary admitted to setting up a private e-mail server for government comms and deleted it all, but got away scot free. 1/
Biden must immediately order DOJ to disclose the full warrant application and DOJ must within two weeks indict or publicly close the case. You don’t raid a president’s home to go fishing for evidence, but only to get the final pieces needed to prosecute. /2
But given this DOJ’s abominable track record, it will likely announce nothing for the next year and 1/2 (but will selectively leak) and keep a cloud over Trump that will inflict maximum political damage. /3

A bill just passed by the California legislature and signed by Gov. Newsom made the following factual findings concerning people under 21 based on “current research and scientific evidence.” Specifically, that young people are “more impulsive, more likely to engage in risky and
reckless behavior, unduly influenced by peer pressure, motivated more by rewards than costs or negative consequences, less likely to consider the future consequences of their actions and decisions, and less able to control themselves in emotionally arousing situations.” SB-1327
Anyone that has a teenager (or was one themselves) knows that California is correct on these facts about immaturity. Yet California allows & sometimes requires kids as young as 12 to receive puberty blockers + cross-sex hormones entirely behind their parents’ backs. See AB1184.
