🏠Ed-tech unicorn Eruditus witnessed the proportion of women in its workforce grow from 41% to 51% across levels after the pandemic.
The option to work from home is also helping companies like Axis Bank to tap into the talent of the women workforce from tier 2 and 3 cities.
Rise of the Creator - Led 'Passion Economy
Flexibility of work times
People won't have to choose between work and family - they will work it out in sync.
We may also see the 4-day workweek idea thrive and grow in adoption.
Career Pivots & Phases:
We will no longer stick to a 30 - 40 year career plan. Rather, career pivots will happen every decade or so, as skills and interests change.
Ease of work:
The comfort of your own home is incomparable to anywhere else.
Time-saving and less tiring :
Travel to work especially in metros is quite a hassle. So, it physically less draining.
Passion projects :
Pandemic allowed women to follow their passion projects and a lot of women welcomed the work from home option willingly to give their side hustles and passion projects a start too.
Mental health:
While, not all women are lucky in this field, but for many being at home and caring in person for the kid or a pet or a parent meant the world. A lot of caregivers welcomed the #WFH flavour to the fullest.

e.Employee cost - In fraud companies its problematic figure.
f. Other expenses - Sharp rise in slow economy could point to money being siphoned off.
g. Taxes - Standard or if low check in deep.
h. Net profit margin -The higher margin is better. Companies with high growth at the cost of profitability will not sustainable and not good for shareholders.
