Here's a crude calculation of how much your vote is worth.
Nigeria's annual budget = N17 trillion
Nigeria's population = 215million
Election tenure = 4 years.
One year of your vote is worth = N79,069.
4 years worth of your vote = N316,279.
If you believe your vote is worth selling to the @OfficialAPCNg or @OfficialPDPNig . The best you can do is charge them N500,000 for your vote. At least you go get small profit.
Now you know how much your vote is worth. Please vote a President that would enable you feel the dividends of democracy and won't even give you money to vote.
If there's anything that's holding you back, it's important to put yourself in an uncomfortable position where you would have to build up the skills required to either improve upon the things you can do and develop yourself in things you might not be so good at.
In primary school, I almost pissed myself when I was called up in front of the school to present my essay.
My mouth and throat dried up, my feet couldn't move. I couldn't look at the entire school population and my voice had completely gone.
I was incoherent the whole time.
Fast forward to secondary school. I still had the phobia so much so I even hated being called up in front of the class to solve a problem or answer a question.
This is essentially my problem with the @OfficialPDPNig . The same Atiku that left you guys and worked to turn you guys to an opposition party.
He returns and you immediately hand him the Presidential ticket without any atom of self respect.
For me it doesn't make sense........
Why should a party that had watched a Fulani man rule for 7+ years in one party and still believe it's emotionally intelligent to field another Fulani for another 8 years.
16 years of dominance by one tribe.
Make it make sense 😭😭😭
How did members rationalize that decision?.
A country that is multi-ethnic. Zero empathy for the feelings of many Nigerians.
For this reason and for the even stronger reason that he's above 70 and should be with his grandchildren not in active politics.
He's running for the Presidency due to his untethered ambition.
Many of @officialABAT Twitter warriors have less than 100 followers and were created in 2022 for the very purpose of distorting proper conversations.
Don't engage them.
They aren't even real people. It's just his minions operating several accounts.
His supporters can't put their real faces because they don't want history to judge them. But we know them personally.
The day they would come out to complain or thrash their patron just like Buharideens did to @MBuhari . We should all be there to tell them, I told you so.
@Chude__ is now running helter skelter trying to reform his image by supporting @PeterObi
But we won't forget what you lot did, leading up to the 2015 elections.
I just want @DavidHundeyin to do an expose on these 4 people and the role they played in "whitewashing" the terrible man that is General Muhammadu Buhari, a military dictator ...
Who already had a history of deposing democratically elected governments, high handedness against journalists and media houses and a crass disregard for the rule of law.
I spoke to an Anambrarian today and the first thing she said about @PeterObi is that he's stingy. This she supported with the fact that unlike other politicians he never moved with a convoy or entourage.
She also said that unlike other politicians he doesn't/didn't have a Godfather. This allowed him to be principled and he built on the successes of Ngige when he won back his governorship seat and took roads into the nooks and crannies of Anambra communities.
He was the one of the first governor's to actively support entrepreneurship and Anambrarians drive for manufacturing by buying @innosonvehicles for the state government.
Despite being an entrepreneur, I engage actively in politics both online and offline, and I came out to actively protest police high handedness against young people.
I do this because of my children. If they ask me what I did when Nigeria was going down the drain.
I would have receipts to show them about the role I played in trying to bring back Nigeria from the brink of collapse.
In everything we do, we must remember that the internet never forgets and you would one day have to account for who you have opened your mouth to support to your children and ultimately to God.
