Kansas City youth group was denied access into Summit Waves Water Park in Lee’s Summit, Missouri due to their skin color.
Summit Waves owner said she “didn’t feel comfortable” and “they didn’t represent Summit Waves”.

Full video of the incident. Later, Summit waves guards were allegedly caught making racist slurs on Snapchat towards the group since being outed.
Summit Waves argument was that the group of 250 people was too large and couldn’t be let in due to safety reasons, however, their website allows for reservations of group sizes up to 1,400 guests.

These are good kids who saved up their money and went through all of the proper procedures, a month in advance, to secure a reservation to celebrate their birthday with their friends and family before going back to school. Summit Waves had absolutely no reason to deny them entry.
Chris Evan’s and family members along with their attorneys, spoke publicly earlier today about what happened when Summit Waves canceled their reservation.
To everyone arguing that Summit Waves was in the right to deny entry due to too many people showing up. Sit down.
