Back to Whitmer trial. DOJ questioning Mark Schweers, an FBI undercover agent deployed to operation in June 2020. He reached out to Adam Fox, the alleged ringleader, on Wire and said he was "like minded," i.e., anti-lockdown posts.
Fox invited FBI agent Mark to vacuum repair...
repair shop where Fox lived in the basement with no running water or toilet. FBI agent Mark recorded conversation with Fox in June 2020 in basement as Fox smoked marijuana.
FBI agent Mark says Fox "recruited" him to his mission and to attend training exercise in Wisc on 7/11/20
"Agents from the Detroit FBI field office went to Mackinac Island and took photos" of Mich Gov summer residence. Those photos were sent by FBI to Adam Fox to prompt "surveillance" trip.
Head of Detroit FBI office at the time: Steven D'Antuono who now heads DC FBI field office.
DOJ now discussing intro of ANOTHER undercover FBI agent who went by the name "Red." He's the "explosives" expert who tried to convince the group to buy material from him.
"Red" brought a video to a Sept gathering to show video of a bomb blowing up a vehicle.
Video made by FBI.
Now talking about surveillance trip to Whitmer cottage, alleged scene of kidnapping crime.
3 trucks go to Elk Rapids -- all driven by FBI assets. Truck carrying Barry Croft and Adam Fox has 2 FBI informants and 1 FBI undercover agent.
Then returned to "kill house" that Mark...
helped assemble. FBI assets then prompted "live fire" training with men they suspected were domestic terrorists.
Listening to this it's amazing no one got hurt. FBI played with fire here btw rifles and explosives
Defense now on cross of FBI agent Mark, who is a former attorney
FBI agent Mark admits ANOTHER undercover FBI agent working out of Detroit FBI office who went by the name "Elise" reached out to Adam Fox's girlfriend on Facebook to connect Fox and Mark.
By then, "Big Dan," main FBI informant, is already in contact with Fox.
"You agree...
that the online contact with Adam Fox was initiated by the FBI?"
FBI agent: "Correct."
Now sounds like defense atty is digging into FBI agent Mark's investigative purposes re Fox. He's been used "several" times in similar FBI cases.
These agents do not sound very confident.
WELP A MAJOR NARRATIVE GOES BOOM:
Defense atty: "Was this a white supremacist group?"
FBI: "Not as far as I know."
Break time.
Back to trial.
FBI informant created a fake militia--Michigan Patriot Three Percenter and made Fox head of it.
FBI informant "Big Dan" was sworn in as commanding officer.
FBI agent "Mark" was sworn in as number 3 of the fake militia: "Warden of the North" to recruit members.
7/3/2020 mtg with FBI agent Mark and Adam Fox. Mark claims he was concerned Fox would "attack the Capitol."
Defense: "Was an attack on the Capitol of Michigan imminent?
FBI: "I was concerned about the things he was saying"
Defense: "Did he ever assault the Capitol?"
FBI: "No"
Defense now walking FBI agent Mark thru one of the absurd plans to kidnap Whitmer from official gov summer residence in Mackinac Island (which is highly inaccessible.)
It involved use of Blackhawk helicopter and boat to abduct her from home and go up the St. Lawrence seaway LOL

In one day, FBI (again) admitted it created a fake militia to lure its targets; created a FB page to surveil chatter; used 2 undercover FBI agents (acting as boyfriend and girlfriend) to set up Adam Fox, the homeless alleged ringleader. FBI also admitted the “militia” wasn’t…
a white supremacist group as media, DOJ, Whitmer/Biden alleged.
Meanwhile FBI assets engaged in illicit conduct that violated FBI policy including sharing a bed with a target (!) and repeatedly getting high with them while recording stoned conversations.
This is why I’ve said for months that DOJ will indict Trump and he’ll be convicted of any made up crime they allege.
“You've got to use your common sense and your own sense of who you are and how you'd like to conduct yourself as an American citizen… nbcnews.com/politics/justi…
before just blindly doing what a political figure says.”
That’s Beryl Howell, chief judge of DC District Court. She also oversees the grand juries handling Jan 6 cases from DC US Atty office.
A rigged, partisan, vengeful DC legal/judicial circle of hell with contempt for us.
DC US Atty Matthew Graves is undefeated before DC juries in Jan 6 trials. Unanimous guilty verdicts on every single count in record time on even bogus charges like obstruction of an official proceeding.
Think about what those same jurors will do to Trump.
Holy Moly--tuning in to Whitmer trial. FBI agent handling one of the informants admitted a female FBI informant slept in the same hotel room and same bed as Barry Croft, the informant's target.
This was related to a training exercise in Wisconsin hosted by another FBI informant.
Under cross, FBI agent couldn't say if that was against FBI policy handling informants.
"Sometimes informants have to play along."
They also smoked pot together. FBI agent: "It's an illegal activity. They can't participate in that."
At least 5 FBI informants surveilled Croft.
Text from FBI handler to FBI informant tasking Croft:
"Keep working to solve the differences in the group. Show them they were brought together by Croft and he has good ideas."
Defense atty notes FBI wanted to keep an alleged terror group together that wanted to disband.
Opening statements set to begin in retrial of Whitmer fednapping defendants. One juror called in sick so they're already using an alternate. (I believe April trial had 6 alternates bc it was Covid season.)
DOJ: These defendants "called for a second American revolution."
The defendants (Adam Fox and Barry Croft) believed Goc Whitmer was a "tyrant" who needed to be removed.
DOJ detailing FBI, er, defendants' plot--kill her security, abduct her from cottage, take her on Lake Michigan, and leave her to die or take her to Wisconsin to stand trial.
"A private citizen named Dan was recording conversations and giving information to the government." (That's called an FBI INFORMANT.)
These two men wanted to "hang and kill government officials" long before they wanted to kidnap and kill Gov. Whitmer.
Looks like DOJ is trying to get the judge to change previous jury instructions related to entrapment...
This is what is looked like in February 2022 before April trial.
DOJ asking judge to modify Sixth Circuit pattern jury instructions on entrapment to make it easier for the jury to conclude defendants weren't entrapped.
That's not a confident look, DOJ!
"We lost last time and are afraid we will lose again so please modify the definition of entrapment so we have a chance to win." -- DOJ
