On Wednesday, I was invited by a resident of the Missoula Authorized campsite to observe a compliance check within the camp. I did not expect to see seven armed men from Rogers International with face coverings patrolling the homeless camp. After two hours… (1/3) 
I was escorted out by members of Rogers International. One hour later, and several people were kicked out. I tracked down the city’s contract with the private security firm and talked with homeless folks who had no choice but to sleep on the streets
