@ShipBrief I read those clauses in mostly the same way you did. 5.1 is about manufacturing the Initial Europe Doses (IED) in the EU, 5.4 about manufacturing "the Vaccine" in the EU (including in 5.4 only the UK) during the contract term. AZ commits to Best Reasonable Efforts.
@ShipBrief So, there may be a discussion about whether Best Reasonable Efforts were deployed by AZ for its manufacturing obligations. At any rate, I see no firm delivery schedule (unless redacted).
@ShipBrief Even without the rep in 13.1, it would be hard to see how the UK contract would be conflicting or inconsistent.

Ik wist nog niet dat rechtbanken nu ook opnieuw over "wetenschappelijkheid" oordelen. Dacht dat dat van de tijd van Galileï geleden was.
