TW: noncon, hard angst, physical abuse, sexual abuse, abandonment, Inko is a bad mother, no happy ending.
In which 16 year old Izuku was put in foster care after it was discovered that he was living with his mother's boyfriend. A registered sex offender.
At first, Izuku stayed with his close friend Todoroki, since the rich family was seen appropriate to keep the teen. He had so much fun, everyday was a sleepover, and he still could go to his school without any worry.
His mother swore to him that she will do anything in her
power to get him back, and Midoriya believed her fully. He didn't want to live with his friend forever, although he loved the change of pace.
The court date was unfortunately pushed up to six months, but Izuku held hope on his mother, since even his father kept in contact with
him to see if it was needed to bring him abroad with him.
He was hopeful, he was understanding the situation.
Until Shouto's father got into a fit of rage and punched Izuku.
The only apology he got was to stay away from family's business. But it wasn't enough of an excuse for
Child Protective Services.
So Izuku was removed from that house, his belongings in a trash bag, and was immediately placed in another house.
He wasn't told anything, he didn't know who would receive him, nor if the situation was worse than in Todoroki's household. He was
afraid since his mother wasn't contacted about the change, and his phone was almost dead. He wasn't allowed to charge it in the car to the new foster home.
He was expecting a family to receive him, like he saw in movies. But instead they stopped in front of a weird looking guy
and another teen.
"Well, Izuku, say hello to Aizawa! He's an old foster parent with a pristine record."
"And the other guy?"
"That's Shinso Hitoshi, the kid he ended up adopting out of the twenty he had fostered."
"Isn't Aizawa like a famous writer?"
His agent chuckled.
"You could say so, but he doesn't like us mentioning it." He sighed, content "Shall we meet them?"
They both got out of the car, and the man seemed very pleased to meet Midoriya, opening his arms up to guide him closer.
"Izuku, nice to meet you."
Once the teen got closer, he
immediately grabbed his head, pulling him to look up.
"God, what happened to you? What a horrible black eyes you got there..."
Izuku pulled away, shy and uncomfortable, looking down. He was still very worried about his mom not knowing where he was.
"Thanks, Sasaki, I'll take
from here." Aizawa turned to the agent.
They seemed friends, and for some reason, that didn't sit well with Izuku.
"Hey." The other teen said "Nice to meet you, I'm Shinso."
Izuku nodded "Izuku."
"I know, we received a call yesterday about you."
"Oh."
"It's cool, finally
another teenager, I was getting sick of little kids. Do you like All Might?"
"I do."
"Cool, we can watch a movie tonight. Aizawa doesn't let me put violent movies when kids are present."
"That sounds nice."
Izuku and Shinso waited for the adults to stop talking, as they
caught up with each other lives before it was time to go. The pick up tome was over, and the agent had to take care of other kids.
Aizawa approached the teen, taking his bag out of his hands.
"A trash bag? Seriously? Don't you have a back pack or anything?"
"It was filled
with my school stuff, and they didn't let me have anything else." He shrugged.
"Mm, that doesn't sound good, I'll buy you a new bag this weekend."
"It's not necessary, I'm not going to stay here for long."
"Oh?"
"My mom just needs to get custody back. She's sure that it
would be fixed immediately in court."
"Oh, right." Aizawa sighed "Well, I was given a quick background of your situation, and while you're still under my roof, you will be treated the same as Shinso."
"Thanks..."
"Are you shy?"
Aizawa wrapped a hand around his shoulders,
pulling him closer while they walked.
"We're going to have so much fun!" He said.
Izuku just gave him a quick smile. He wasn't comfortable living with strangers, although they didn't seem that bad.
He could only hope his mother got custody immediately.
------------
Living with Aizawa and Shinso was... Strange, weird.
First, he was pulled out of school. Shouta did homeschool, and teachers came everyday to their luxury home. So Izuku unfortunately lost most contact with his friends, but he kept meeting them after school hours, when it was
possible.
Second, he actually had to share a room with Shinso. A room already prepared for two beds. There was another single room, but it was clearly for little kids, so Midoriya didn't mind sharing.
The only problem was that Shinso was pretty weird. He didn't shower too
often, he seemed to show off while training in the room, he made weird noises sometimes, and he always pushed to play videogames with him, sometimes forcing him to take the controller.
Aizawa also had his problems. He was very touchy, always hugging the boys and feeling them
by surprise. That was probably the only boundary he didn't respect from Izuku, so he let it pass.
However, things started to get uncomfortable as the first month passed, and they both got comfortable around Midoriya.
He began realizing how weird Shinso and Aizawa's
relationship was. They didn't act like father and son, but much closer. Izuku had even sometimes discovered them cuddling on the sofa, although they quickly separated and let him have the middle seat in between.
It made him kind of wary of those two.
Hitoshi also started looking
through his hamper, quite often, with the excuse that he lost something and wanted to see if he left it in the wrong place.
But his clothes also started disappearing from his dirty laundry, and appearing a week after. He knew Shinso was fucking up with him, so he brought it to
Aizawa, who basically told him that it may be just common misplacement, that he shouldn't worry about it.
It didn't help that his mother was talking less and less to him, not picking up calls, taking a whole day to answer a simple "Good Morning" text, showing less and less
interest in her own son.
Izuku was pretty depressed because of that. He didn't have a good feeling about things, but he just couldn't believe his own mother would do this to him. Maybe she was just busy getting everything ready for the court date, right?
However, while
was good, Izuku's whole world broke when he arrived home earlier than expected from a birthday. It had been raining and unfortunately had to cut the meeting short.
He entered Aizawa's home with the spare key he was given, and he silently entered the place, not knowing if they
were home or not.
He heard creaking from the living room, so he went there to check, and to find, to his uttermost horror, Shinso and Aizawa.
Naked.
Having sex.
On the same sofe they usually watch movies on.
With his dirty underwear around.
He was going to vomit.
---------
(TW: emeto, pseudo-incest)
Dread filled Izuku before he felt his bile rised up once again, burning his throat as he puked in the toilet, his loud dry heaving making the now separated couple crouch over him.
"I'm sorry." Shinso whispered, rubbing the other's back.
"We weren't
expecting you to be so early at home." Aizawa added.
God, hearing his fucking voice made Midoriya sicker.
It was not only that they had sex, but that they included his fucking underwear without his consent. He couldn't help but to feel violated, this wasn't just a mere
coincidence, this was premeditated.
"I don't want to sleep here tonight." He finally said "I'm going to call the fucking agent, I don't care if I have to spend the night in a centre."
"Now, Izuku, we don't need to do that..." Aizawa said, grabbing his shoulders, covering him
with his naked, larger body "We haven't done anything to you, right?"
"Don't touch me..." The kid gasped, pushing the other away.
"And you can cause a lot of problems getting other people into our business. They don't need to know our personal lives, right Shinso?"
The
other teen nodded, keeping his distance from the scene.
"Don't-"
Shouta grabbed Izuku's head, his fingers digging in his puffy cheeks as he forced him to look right into his eyes. He wasn't smiling, he wasn't laughing, he was serious as he closed the distance between their
faces, so much that Izuku thought he was trying to melt them together.
"Be grateful that I am giving you a nice room, with a nice bed, in a nice house. And I'm giving it to you for free. Other kids have to pay for having a mattress on the floor." His breath warmed Midoriya's
nose, he was so close... "You will not call Sasaki, and you will not tell anyone about this. Do you understand?"
Izuku gulped as he felt his nerves flourish, literally going right under his skin, electrifying just below the surface.
He gasped in fear, breathing in the tobacco
smell on the adult, but he wasn't brave enough to cough. The arm around the back of his neck seemed to become heavier and heavier, and his grip tighter.
Izuku was afraid of Aizawa. For once, he didn't look like the weird but gentle man that took him in until his mother got her
shit together.
He looked... Like a real danger. A pure nightmare that he couldn't wake up of.
"You don't want to cause any problem, righ? You will still be in foster care for a few months, and not a lot of families are willing to take a teen like you into their homes. See how
nice am I to you? I can be not so nice."
Midoriya felt his heart on his mouth, his breath unable to get out of his lungs.
Still, he was able to say one word.
"Right..."
His voice was hoarse and doubtful, breaking right at the end. He was terrified of Aizawa at this point, he
didn't know what he was capable of.
"Good, you made the right choice, Izuku."
The adult released his cheeks, giving them a few taps before pulling away from him.
The teen felt like a bag of bricks was taken off his back, as the other's arms left his body.
He could finally
breathe, taking deep and silent breaths, trying to not get Aizawa's attention.
He got out of the bathroom, focusing on Shinso instead.
"Keep an eye on him." He whispered in his ear.
Hitoshi nodded, looking at the trembling teenager over the toilet. He looked pale and stressed,
almost ready to vomit again.
He was not okay, but Shinso couldn't do much with Aizawa so close, still putting Izuku on the edge.
He could just...
"Let's go to bed, Izuku, you look cold." He said, in a very soft voice.
He offered his hand to him, waiting patiently for
Midoriya to register what he had said, see his hand, think about it, and taking it, getting up weakly with tears forming on his face.
Hitoshi understood, and he took pity on his foster brother, or whatever. Izuku didn't feel like a brother to him.
They went to their room,
closing the door, Shinso leaving the other on his bed, while he changed back into his pajamas.
They didn't talk, not knowing what to say without creating a bigger issue that there already was.
So Izuku covered himself with his bedsheets, curling up to his knees as he felt
the adrenaline slowly draining his energy.
It was still early, but... He needed to rest, to sleep. He didn't want to be awake.
Hitoshi stared at him from his own bed, trying to break the uncomfortable silence in the room, but he couldn't find the right words, or the right
topic.
He sighed, feeling like Izuku had just put a wall between them.
He was sorry, he was the one that made things uncomfortable. It was his idea to get Izuku's underwear, he wanted it.
He wanted Izuku. Not with Aizawa, but with him.
He liked Izuku, his crazy teenage
heart throbbing while looking at his back.
This was all his fault tho.
If only Shouta had actually told him how stupid he was to crush on the other, this wouldn't have happened.
------------------
Izuku heard the beeps of his mother's phone, making his heart jump with each passing second.
"Come on... Pick up..." He whispered to himself.
She didn't pick up. For the third time since he started calling.
What was she doing?! Izuku needed to talk to his mom right away!
He called again. And again. And again.
Until Inko finally took the phone.
"Izuku?!" She yelled "Izuku, why are you calling so much?"
"Mom! Please, I need you to help me! I need you to take me out of here!"
"Out of where?"
"Aizawa's house!" He said "Please, can't you come
pick me up? Please, I don't want to stay here for any longer..."
"Izuku, you know that I can't do that, the court order is still in place."
"Please, mom, please..."
"Is he hitting you?!" She suddenly exclaimed.
"No, no... Well, not yet."
"Are you okay? Did you do something?"
"Mom, I am telling you I am not okay!"
"Honey, but what can I do about this? I can't have you yet, Aizawa has custody of you. He hadn't hurt you yet, right?" She sighed "I cannot do anything until court. Please... Just behave so he doesn't do anything to you."
Midoriya looked
down to the floor, shame filling him up.
If this was the only solution they could come up with, then why did he call her? She was clearly busy, she was worried about him. He just alarmed her more with this stupid call.
"You are going to get me back, right?"
"Darling, what kind
of a question is that? Of course I will! I'm working very hard to have everything in order."
"Is dad helping you?"
"Oh, your father is... Busy with work and all. But he does help me sometimes."
"I don't want to be here,mom."
"I know, but is Aizawa at least treating you well?"
"I don't know for how long this will last."
"Hang in there! You will soon be home, you won't even realize that time has passed."
Izuku smiled softly, reassured by his mother's words.
"Okay mom..."
"Oh, I gotta go, honey, I'll call you when I'm free, okay?"
"Okay, bye bye!"
The call was cut before he could end his goodbye, making him stare weirdly at his phone. Was that an accident?
Must have been.
The door of his bedroom was knocked three times, making Izuku jump as he hid his phone between his legs.
There was nothing wrong with using his
phone, but he felt like it was better to be safe than sorry.
Shinso entered the room, giving him a light nod before going to his side of the room.
"How are you feeling?" He asked, sitting on his bed.
"Fine."
"Fine?" The teen tilted his head.
"Yeah, I'm fine." He scoffed
"Has Aizawa told you anything?"
"About what?"
"About that incident..."
Shinso made a face.
"Oh, well... We are going to be more careful next time. I promise."
Izuku squinted his eyes, looking at Hitoshi. Curiosity was getting the better of him...
"Is everything you do...
Consensual?"
"What?"
"Are you and Aizawa in a relationship?"
The purpled haired teen sighed, looking to the side with an embarrassed expression. It was like he really didn't want to talk about it.
"Well... Yes."
"But he adopted you."
"Just so I wouldn't go to another house
when the agency wanted."
"He's like... Your dad."
"He's not my dad. I have an actual dad, who wasn't very good, but that the only father I have."
"You started before the adoption process?"
"Yeah, I knew him from before I was placed in his house even. He was a former teacher
in the youth centre I was in. He was really nice to me, he understood me." He sighed "I genuinely love Aizawa."
"Oh." Izuku said, lifting his legs up the bed "Has he ever done this with anyone else?"
"No, the kids that come here are way younger than us. You're like the second
teen in this house. After me, of course. Those kids are really lucky to experience a father like Aizawa, even if it is for a few days..."
"Aizawa likes kids, right? I've seen the room. It was... Cozy."
"He does, he loves helping people out." He smiled "He seems so rude and
serious, but he's a great man."
"Has he... Mention anything about me?"
Shinso felt silent for a while.
Yes, yes he has. Aizawa was thrilled to get another teenage boy in the house, he was so excited for Izuku to come.
But it was different from his excitement when a little
kid came. This time he looked extremely happy to have Izuku.
So much that Shinso became jealous at first, until he met the teen himself.
Hitoshi knew why Aizawa was so happy about Izuku,he had told him directly, without any shame.
They both loved Izuku. They wanted him to join
their relationship and stay with them.
But he couldn't tell him that, after what had happened a few days before. Midoriya left that day in shambles, completely scared and traumatized.
So Shinso lied.
"No, not really. I guess he wants to avoid the subject."

Izuku was finally able to go back home after working for hours in his last college project.
It was already nighttime, and the omega prayed to be able to get the last bus. He had a pounding headache, and his health wasn't the best at the moment.
His heat seemed to be arriving
earlier than expected.
"It's hot..."
Maybe tomorrow he would have to skip class, for his own good. An omega in heat was nothing but an easy target on less than respectful alphas.
He hated that he had to be extra careful around people at least one week a month, but he
so excited for you, Izuku!" Mina stole the kid from the other's arms, also squeezing him way too hard.
And way too close to her breasts, which Midoriya chose to interpret as a mistake.
"Guys, guys." Katsuki called their attention "Guys!"
He yelled, getting pissed that he was
ignored, as he pulled Izuku away and behind him.
"I didn't take Deku here so you could overwhelm him. He has gone through a lot and I think it's necessary for you to know that he is now a resident of my home too."
"Oh, come on, Kats, he didn't mind, did you, Izuku?" Denki

a glass and filing it up with tap water.
"What did I tell you? You can't just act like you own the place! Have some respect."
The teen finished drinking, leaving the glass on the counter. He knew he was going to use it again.
"You better get used to my presence then."
"Don't you have a house? A family? You will be better with them than with a dude you barely know."
"Meh, my mom is always complaining and my dad barely does anything around. I prefer being here."
Izuku opened his mouth to complain, but he just ended up exhaling the breath he
