The far left &far right are trying to pull the same shit on Carolyn Maloney like they did to Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Reporting only on Maloney’s mistakes, helping the far left boost a third party outsider to split the vote- this playbook is very familiar. #NY12

Maloney’s work as chair of Oversight has led to uncovering very incriminating info about Trump- far more threatening than last year’s impeachment.

She’s also gotten significant anti-money laundering bills passed into law, and she’s working on more financial transparency initiatives.

She’s proven that she can produce real laws that result in uncovering illicit finance. Billionaires Row will have fewer places to hide.

We should all be concerned about the fact that bot accounts are popping up this week to show support for her opponents BECAUSE OF Trump’s “endorsement.”

We should be concerned that journalists are not covering these candidates evenly or fairly, digging up false ethics claims. This is exactly what happened in 2016 with #ButHerEmails.

This is deeply concerning that history is repeating itself- esp heading into the 2022 midterms.

Case in point: the media’s digging for a story here, while ignoring the fact that Nadler has been accepting $$ from Trump-allied billionaire Stephen Ross
