Central to my new book, THE EGGS BENEDICT OPTION, is a comparison of the first Agricultural Revolution (AR), c.10,000 years ago, and the new one Klaus Schwab and the globalists are trying to usher in.
So what was the first AR like?
Let me take you back to Çatalhöyük. 👇
In my book, I call the first AR the "original Great Reset", because it was a total transformation of Neolithic society that was predicated on a transformation of the way food was produced and consumed. From being mobile hunter-gatherers, Neolithic people became sedentary farmers
under the control of a totally novel form of authority, the first states. Çatalhöyük is important because it represents an intermediate stage between hunter-gathering and the agricultural state. We can clearly see dramatic changes that took place both physically and spiritually.
Çatalhöyük is a UNESCO World Heritage site in Anatolia (Turkey), discovered in 1958. Situated on two hills, it comprises 37 hectares and shows evidence of occupation between 7400 and 5200 BC. Dense rows of streetless houses are placed back to back.
Access to the houses was via trapdoors in the roofs. Although much about the interiors is typical of the Neolithic, the most striking features in many of the houses are terrifying sculptures of bulls and strange half-human half-animal hybrids.
One famous figurine is a seated woman flanked by two leopards, whose tails wrap around her. In another room, a pair of breasts project from the wall. The nipples are split apart and contain the skulls of vultures, foxes and weasels.
This is a society that seems to be at war with itself and nature. Where once the natural world was something early man was part of, now it is something apart from man, something to be afraid of. "The people of Çatalhöyük . . . seemed to fear and despise the wild" (S. Mithen).
The sheer uniformity of the settlement is unprecedented, both inside and outside the buildings. This new spatial uniformity reflects the uniformity of life as an agriculturalist, where virtually every aspect of life follows the rhythms of just a single grain plant.
It's no exaggeration to say the AR was as much a domestication of man as it was of plants or animals. It left Neolithic farmers smaller, weaker and less free than their hunter-gatherer ancestors and contemporaries.
Perhaps this is starting to sound familiar now?

My new book comes out this Saturday in paperback (via @AntelopeHill and Amazon). So what's the deal?
Here's a chapter-by-chapter guide to my latest and greatest! 👇
The Eggs Benedict Option is the first book to examine, in detail, the Great Reset plan for food. If I say "Great Reset", you'll probably reply, "You will eat ze bugs!", but the truth is bugs are only the beginning of the food transformation the globalists have in store for us...
The book begins with a fantastic preface from anti-globalist supremo @NoorBinLadin. Noor provides a blistering opening salvo against the globalists and their schemes to re-engineer society. If this preface is anything to go by, her new book will be a barnstormer.
When I say 10x10, you probably think "German volume training". But did you know Vince Gironda had his own special 10x10 programme to target lagging muscles?
👇
First, it's worth saying that Gironda may actually have come up with 10x10 training in the first place, and that the Germans learned about it from Vince indirectly. According to Christian Thibaudeau, there are three possibilities:
Unlike German Volume Training, Vince's 10x10 is not supposed to be applied to every muscle during a training cycle, but to a single lagging muscle. Vince had experimented with 10x10s for a full-body workout, but found it was just too exhausting.
EDs are receiving a lot of attention now for their gender-bending effects, but what's less widely known is that many of these chemicals are all obesogens, meaning they encourage weight gain. 👇
Obesogenic chemicals have been identified in a wide variety of settings, from additives used in processed food to industrial chemicals, biocides, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, as well as pollutants and smoke.
They work through a number of mechanisms: they encourage the formation of lipid cells and the deposition of energy stores in them; they damage cell machinery responsible for metabolism (esp. mitochondria); and they affect your body's control over appetite and satiety.
Here's another thread on one of Vince's patented rep schemes, the 10-8-6-15, which he developed primarily as a plateau-buster, some say in response to the Mike Mentzer style of high-intensity training.
Let's get stuck in.👇
This workout is specifically designed to be fast (four sets per bodypart) and a means of shaking things up. Whereas other workouts like the 8x8 use only one type of motor unit, this workout is designed to use multiple types -- helping you break out of a rut.
Again, the basic principle is in the name of the workout. A set of 10 reps, then a set of 8, then a set of 6, then a final set of 15. However, there's a little more to it. The 6-rep set is your 6-rep max , so the weights for the other sets are fractions of this.
It's been a while since I've done a Gironda thread, so here's one on the Gironda 8x8.
This is the bread and butter of the Gironda system. He referred to it as the "honest workout", because you have to humble yourself with the weight you use in order to do it properly...
It's a simple system, but brutal. Vince primarily used it before competition to finesse his physique.
Take a 70% of your 1RM and perform 8 sets of 8, with as little as 30 seconds or less between sets.
The aim is to get a skin-popping pump and improve your conditioning.
Which exercises should you choose?
Although this works with compound, multi-joint exercises, you may find that the cardiovascular demands of these exercises become too great. Here's a selection of exercises that work nicely.
RAW EGG NATIONALIST'S IMMUNO-BOOST NO-CHURN ICE CREAM. This recipe contains colostrum, the mother's first milk, for its incredible health-boosting properties. It will turbo-charge your immune system and help heal your gut. It's fairly pricey, but not much is needed.
4 whole eggs, separated into whites and yolks
100g granulated sugar
300ml heavy cream
5-10g colostrum
Whisk the egg whites in a large bowl (or use a mixer) until stiff peaks form. Whisk in the sugar gradually and continue to whisk until the whites are stiff and glossy.
Whisk the cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Fold together the whites, cream, yokes and colostrum, as well as any flavouring (see below), until fully combined. Freeze in a plastic container for at least two hours.
