@FF_XIV_EN I logged onto XIV this morning and got wrongfully suspended for just playing PvP. My account, previously having no warnings or bans, got hit with a 10 day suspension for “manipulating matchmaking in crystalline conflict”. I have no clue what I did to receive this. 1/10

I worked really hard this season and all of the characters I climbed to Top 30/Top 100 have been removed from the board. The time spent climbing this season has been for absolutely nothing. I’ve been playing PvP since Feast season 14, and have never seen this happen before. 2/10

I don't even know how to even approach proving my innocence in this situation because this isn't even something that has ever crossed my mind as a possibility. I simply played PvP every day like I have for years and now I am banned with the only explanation making no sense. 4/10

The only possible reason I can think of as to why I may have been actioned was the fact that I play on multiple characters during a season, however this has never been against TOS and I have always played on them with legitimate intentions. I just play to win and have fun. 5/10

I was provided no proof or allusion to wrongdoing by the GMs, and I am truly at a loss for words regarding this situation. PvP players should not have to be scared of being suspended for simply playing the game. It’s horrible for all of my work to get destroyed for nothing. 6/10

I’m a mentor and community team member in the @ffxivpvprevival discord, one of the biggest PvP communities in NA, and I regularly stream my ranked matches in there. I interact in the community on a daily basis and there are a lot of players who can vouch for me. 7/10

The email I received regarding my ban makes no sense. They mention “grief tactics violations on 08-22-2022”, which was literally today and only got emailed after my account was banned by the GM. I had not played any games today, just logged in and immediately got jailed. 8/10

@Nariko_Star @Kuyemon Tagging some community reps so hopefully SE will see this and take action or help me out. I’m unable to play the first two weeks of 6.2 and unable to participate in the NA community crystalline conflict tournament as well due to the ban. #ffxiv 9/10

Just wanted to point out as well that I’ve never spammed quick chats or mark ignores in matches, something that usually gets people banned for “grief tactics”, which according to the email is the reason I was banned. Thanks for reading. 10/10
