Why is Election Commission openly misleading people?
Yesterday, TMC wrote to Election Commission about people being forced to link their Aadhaar to Voter ID.
@ECISVEEP responded & told us that linking Aadhaar is "voluntary".

Here's a copy of Form 6B being used by the EC to link Voter ID to Aadhaar.
On the form, it has 2 options:
(a) Provide Aadhaar no. or
(b) I don't have an Aadhaar number
There is NO option for voluntarily refusing to provide Aadhaar nor does the form say it's voluntary.

This is not only misleading but is also a sly attempt to confuse voters about the fact that linking Aadhaar is voluntary.
The Modi Govt wants Aadhaar to be linked for their own nefarious reasons.
We're writing to the EC again today asking for Form 6B to be revised ASAP.
