#KenyaDecides2022 is already at Supreme Court after Raila Odinga rejected William Ruto (Kwenya Kwanza) Presidential declaration by @IEBCKenya on 15/08/2022.
How two political games might affect their chances at the Apex court?

1. 2017 NULLIFICATION.

Raila and Nasa then as they were, rejected 2017 elections, their valid rejection was amplified by Supreme court that 'It fell short of CONSTITUTIONALITY and ELECTION Acts.'
Nasa were given a strong clarion call by the court but instead of taking the chance

they threw it away. Remember they declined to participate in a repeat poll, thus threw a smack at the apex court. The effort was abused and their supporters felt dejected. Their excuse not to was not articulate.
The past acts determines the future.
It takes me to the next point.

2. THE 4 BREAK AWAY COMMISSIONERS.

Without even mentioning the drama at Bomas of Kenya on 14th and 15th Aug. 2022 before the announcement of Presidential results by the chairman, the violence witnessed was one sided before the Vice chair of the commission denounced the IEBC

declaration.
The nerve center of INDEPENCE of the COMMISSION was tattered by what seemed as pre arranged political affiliation of some of the commissioners.
In the public eye, the rigging claim can be driven but in the corridors of justice the evidence is another ball game.

Those two factors that are aligned to AZIMIO might inform the Supreme court of the next course of action if..
A) They nullify the election.
The AZIMIO will decline to participate in the election with a already divided commission even KK will feel threatened. Echo of the past.

In conclusion.
B). They uphold the IEBC declaration.
The Apex court are well aware that they ought not to throw the BABY with the BIRTH WATER.
If the the court go for the former option AZIMIO brigade will have to play it safe in the future. They are their worst enemy.
