When I assumed office as Governor, I discovered the that Anambra State have governor's Lodge at Abuja. I renovated the building and donated it to United nations free of charge. It eliminated our cost of maintenance and till today UN has been supporting Anambra State Government.
“You can fight insecurity in two ways, natural insecurity is fought by creating job and institutional insecurity will be fought with Technology.
There is nothing like security vote in our constitution. What we have is contingency vote which should be max 4% of expenditure.”

@PeterObi , rejected allocated plots of land in Anambra State, as Governor.
In the letter attached, Obi said that he became governor by the grace of God and therefore it was wrong for him to profit from it.
In the letter, Obi stated that he became governor by the grace of God and therefore it was wrong for him to profit from it.
The letter partly read, “However, as I have made abundantly clear, my being the Governor is by the Grace of God and I believe firmly that it is wrong to benefit from that.
Are you aware that political Mafias & criminals mobilized EFCC to arrest @PeterObi ?
They gave EFCC all the address of Peter OBI'S Houses in London.
Boom, FG sponsored EFCC to London for verification and lo and behold, those houses belong to Mr Peter Obi.
They reported Obi to British Government as a corrupt politician and informed them of the possible Seizure of those properties.
They returned back to Nigeria, then mobilized again for Peter OBI'S ARREST ahead of the Presidential primaries but was totally disappointed when OBI brought out the documents of the properties showing them that he bought those properties from 1996 down.
For people who are asking if @PeterObi has ‘structure’, what structure is bigger & stronger than the collective will of the masses on whose necks the knees of the politicians have been?
What structure is greater than the determination of a people who have at last decided to take back their country, their only country?
The battle for the rescue of the soul of Nigeria has just begun and we must all be contributive and participative in it.
Yes, we may not have the money to share because we didn’t steal any.We have not come to enslave but to serve.
Have you imagined somebody giving you money to help you? Bribing you to go and serve you? It’s wisdom to go for a permanent solution than a temporary remedy!
“Every time you listen to them, you can see the bitterness in their hearts and that of their followers-it’s as if somebody stole their property. Observe how desperate they are; selfish political seekers.”
“You can’t give what you don’t have. If you don’t have a peaceful or a friendly heart, you can’t bring peace to people.”
“For you to bring peace to people, you must be somebody who can forgive, not somebody who will tell people to go and kill- especially now that the society is so sophisticated and small and light arms are all over the place.”
How Many Leaders has Nigeria produced that are role models of good leadership. Tell me?
Our problem is purely leadership.. period. Stop preaching tribe, preach good leadership. And stop falling in-love with our oppressors because they belong to your ethnic group.
Everywhere in this country, there is one Fulani,Hausa, Igbo ,Yoruba, Edo and Itshekiri man/woman, etc, whose concern is how to get his/her hands on the pile and how much they can steal.
And that’s the problem. We need honesty people with integrity. We need genuine Leaders.
Anybody that is still preaching that the problem of Nigeria is Yoruba or Hausa or Igbo , does not love Nigeria . There are good Yoruba people, good Igbo people, good Hausa, good Fulani, good Nigerians. There are good people everywhere, and there are bad people everywhere.
“One of the best things about starting off in business is you don’t know all the perils, so you’ll try things that the experts tell you you’re completely mad to try.”
“When I started out in business with my friends, we were teenagers. We were so young and inexperienced, that when coming up with a name for our new mail order record company someone suggested we call it Virgin”
“As we were all virgins in business. The name stuck, guided us through those early years, and set the tone of the Virgin brand as the world now knows it.”
