I did attempt to follow up, but the non emergency line told me there was no police report with my name on it then put me on hold and hung up in my face. We've bad people arrested on the spot in 33 states including California for WAY less. I will now follow up AGAIN.
This should have been an on the spot arrest, what could other jurisdictions do that you couldn't?
