في نهاية السبعينات وصل الإمارات كاتبا فلسطينيا كان متخصصا في الأدب وصاحب اسلوب جاحظي مبسط او لعله اقرب لأسلوب ارنست همنجوي مما جعله مطلوبا لصحف عديدة ونجح نجاحا كبيرا واعتقد مشغليه انه سيكون مثل الاحفاد المجندة التي -يتبع
تعمل لديهم ولكن لم يكن كذلك ابدا، فثار على النظم السائدة وعلى الاحفاد المجندين وعلى مشغليهم الاماراتيين انفسهم فكانت النهاية، وكانت الكارثة عليهم قبل ان تكون عليه حيث غادر الإمارات مهاجرا الى أمريكا، وكان صاحبنا هذا هو د. اسامة فوزي.
فجأة بعد وصوله ظهرت مجلة في لندن تدعى #سوراقيا
وتحولت الى اشهر مجلة عربية على الإطلاق ومع انها منعت في اكثر الدول العربية الا ان شهرتها بلغت الآفاق فقد كشفت عن حقائق لأول مرة يعرفها القاريء العربي عن الاسر الخليجية الحاكمة من الداخل فجن حكام الإمارات والسعودية وكان اسامة فوزي احد أشهر كتابها.
