Avril Haines learned from the best how to fabricate intelligence threats to sabotage Trump—she was John Brennan’s deputy:
Haines authored a March 2021 threat assessment claiming that “domestic violent extremists” are a lethal menace to the country.

I wrote about it here

Judge in Whitmer fednapping trial unsealed his order related to accusations of potential juror misconduct. I'll post a few selected passages here.

Looks like a tipster contacted Josh Blanchard, one of the defense attorneys, with this:
Judge kept juror on while investigating claims. Judge Jonker repeatedly expressed concerns, even in open court, about "wasting" the time of the jurors in what DOJ says is one of its biggest domestic terror investigations in recent history
Judge throws shade at Blanchard--I reported how the judge limited time for cross examination of 2 crucial government witnesses, men who pleaded guilty to kidnapping conspiracy--by digging up one of his tweets.

Tell me this judge is fair and impartial:

Was doing an interview and missed verdicts

Adam Fox: Guilty on all charges

Barry Croft: Guilty on all charges

Unbelievable. Judge put his full weight on the scale in favor of government and it worked.
Shame on Judge Jonker. He rigged this trial so much the jury had little choice.

*In both trials, withheld from jury hundreds of incriminating texts between FBI handlers and informants

*Refused to compel appearance by Steve Robeson, lowlife informant who aided in the hoax...

Closing arguments about to begin in Whitmer fednapping trial.

Prosecutor Nils Kessler up first.

"Kidnapping is wrong. You can't snatch a governor. They wanted to set up a second American civil war."

Kessler claims plot began in late 2019, cites Barry Croft's social media posts
Kessler desperate to convince the jury the fednapping plan originated before Dan Chappel, main FBI informant, got involved in March 2020.

Fox attended 2 rallies in Lansing amid talk of "storming" the Capitol, Nessler says.

Nessler claims Fox recruited Chappel. Keep in mind...
Fox lived in basement of vacuum repair shop without running water or toilet. Chappel and 2 undercover FBI agents posing as girlfriend and boyfriend reached out to Fox and his girlfriend in June 2020 posing as "like minded" patriots.

Chappel and Fox exchanged thousands of texts.

Defense rests in Whitmer fednapping trial. Closing arguments Monday.
IMO this trial went worse for DOJ than first. But if the judge had a thumb on the scale for govt in last trial, he had a fist on it this time.

My guess is acquittal or another hung jury. The evidence to support FBI entrapment is overwhelming but did the judge influence…
jury with his obvious favor for prosecution? Possibly. If either one is convicted, judge’s conduct seems easy basis for appeal.
