#NoidaTowerDemolition few points in thread -ideally it shd have been demolished in 2012 itself .Some myths -1) Tax payers are paying / truth - Supertech is paying
Myth -Buyers are losing money .Truth -2014 itself SC had asked for refund to be made with 12% interest
Why not utilise for some other purpose -Truth -the towers were built too close to each other and foundation was structurally weak .
The owners of other towers in Emerald greens were cheated as this space was made for green area and the towers were stopping air, sunlight and made large residents live in dark , deprived of natural light
Myth -the Officials are Scot free in #TwintowersDemolition -truth
Valid points from judgement regarding 1) why can’t building be used for another purpose 2) why couldn’t it remain

Why are we reducing crimes against women to religious crimes ? Why are we creating atmosphere where victims are humanised/ dehumanised by their religion? Why are we not focusing on punishment and remission? Are you suggesting that Modiji is condoning this?
I am appalled by garlanding of Bilkis Bano rapists . By garlanding them , the issue of remission has gone on a back burner . We were pursuing the remission of a man who raped a 4 yr old . As a woman I am wary of reducing all Gender based crimes to only Religious crimes .
And more Appalling is using a tragic death of a girl to target a leader . This crime may be a crime of passion or a planned love jihad - focus on the crime -and ensure punishment. Tomorrow if a jilted Hindu Guy kills a Hindu girl will the crime be any less hideous

@pushkardhami @narendramodi @ganeshjoshibjp are trying to fix mess of 2 decades in Uttarakhand. It is a tall task clearing encroachment, managing traffic and parking in #MussoorieWoes where hundreds of hotels are without parking . Taxi scooters another menace
The town has reached its carrying capacity in the 90’s. Request @dmdehradun to identify the multitude of illegal hotels and homestays that have mushroomed. These are new constructions without parking . Guests cars are parked on adjoining roads. Many are constructed with PVC
Vendors are creeping back on Mall Road . They are occupying the shed made over Sri Indramani Baduni statue . It is a great insult to the memory of Indramani ji. @dmdehradun @DehradunPolice @pushkardhami may intervene.Vendors refuse to budge, NPP officials do not evict them

Updating the thread . with permission to name ,Associate Vice President ,Head office Bangalore, Got in touch via DM. She has assured me that loan stands cancelled and the 10k money will be refunded . the Sales guy will be refrained
The sales guy in morning today had told me loan has been processed and it is now irrevocable process -only a refund is possible under the 15 day policy. Ms krishnan assured me that the process was not complete and the loan has been cancelled. She assured me that )
1)papers are scrutinised and customer called again before confirmation . but I did place my misgivings on this as the customer has already been advised by the BDA to agree to all terms. So I will update on the final outcome after advance & cancelled form is returned

Very unethical marketing by @BYJUS . In mussoorie held a day long camp,targetting poor kids . My house help ,who cannot afford a 400 RS fee at Shishu mandir for her daughter thought it was a free prog. She told me the ‘school’ will give daughter a ‘laptop’
The sales ppl collected the bank ac details, ID proof of father and made him sign some form. @EduMinOfIndia shd look into this. Hope @ganeshjoshibjp looks into this matter. The maid earns barely 10k, husband is a cook, I pay one child’s fees .I explained to them
But the family is unwilling to believe they have to pay. They think @BYJUS is a free school,which have discovered their daughter and is going to gift a laptop and tuitions free to her as she is brilliant. In reality she is average academically
