This is a thread I’ve been meaning to do for awhile and have been putting it off because I had a feeling it was going to do my nut in. It did, so I stopped at 10.
While doing research for other threads, I’ve come across more than a couple of trump’s pardons. There was the Pardon for Gen Flynn, the grant of clemency to Roger Stone, the one for the guy who worked for Mitch McConnell. Anyway, I thought a deeper dive was necessary.
trump’s first pardon was to a Maricopa County Sheriff who defied a judge. Look back and apply what you know now to that fact. A fraudulent election audit was performed in Maricopa County and Constitutional Sheriff in MI tried to seize voting machines.🤷🏼♂️
His 2nd pardon was for a violation of 18 USC 793e which reads a lot like UNAUTHORIZED RETENTION OF NATIONAL DEFENSE INFORMATION. Photos of our submarine’s [REDACTED] on sailors cell phones, but her emails…
His third pardon was to Scooter Libby who interfered with a special prosecutor. What was that special prosecutor special prosecuting? Allegations that the White House leaked the undercover status of a CIA agent. abcnews.go.com/Politics/CIALe…
His fourth pardon was to first Black heavyweight boxing champion Jack Johnson who was in jail for the crime of violating the Mann Act which forbade traveling with a white woman across state lines for immoral purposes. (We’ll come back to this one) history.com/news/white-sla…
trump’s fifth pardon was to Shepherd D’nesh D’Souza. Is that right? Shepherd…muler…mule wrangler? Either way, this pardoned Campaign Finance Law Violations.
The 6th and 7th pardons are a package deal. A father and son team of cattle ranching arsonists in Oregon who burned federal lands. That’ll show the libs won’t it? Those pardons must have been music to the ears of republicans screaming of cities burning. slate.com/news-and-polit…
Pardon 8 was for the unpremeditated murder of an Iraqi man by a soldier. The Army can tell you what happened.
Pardon nine is for…wait…you’re going to love it…ready….
RACKETEERING
Politicians soliciting campaign contributions from a shrimp company that offered bribes to law makers (but were really FBI agents: Operation Shrimpscam)
Pardon 10 was for Mail Fraud and Obstruction of Justice. This pardon went to an author who wrote a glowing book about…oh I have it here somewhere…oh yeah, trump. They built a tower together too. cbsnews.com/news/who-is-co…
Quick recap, the first 10 Pardons trump issued were for the following crimes: 1. Defying a judge 2. Unauthorized retention of National Defense Information 3. Interfering with a special prosecutor/outing a CIA operative 4. Interstate human trafficking 5. Campaign $ law violation
6. Arson (burning federal land) 7. Arson (burning federal land) 8. Unpremeditated murder 9. Racketeering 10. Obstruction of Justice
Read the list again, it isn’t going to get any better the second time though.
Looking back on this list with all we know now, does it not inform us of where F POTUS’ mind was? What he thought was important? These are things he decided were pardonable acts. These are his 10 commandments.
But Joe, pardon 4? C’Mon. For sure. This one is legit because the law is a blight. Yet understand the pardon, like all the others, does a job. They set a precedent for crimes like trafficking people across state lines for the purpose of ice cream to be pardoned.
Not great.
And 6 and 7 are the same so it’s really a list of eight when you think about it. Fair enough. Here are 2 bonus pardons and they both appear on the same document. With his 97th pardon, trump forgives…from 1MDB scandal and presidential inauguration fame👇🏻
And he did it on January 19th, 2021. One day before he left office. This pardon lists 28 names (no wonder Jared was so busy with pardons), one is Stephen Bannon and he is being pardoned for
🗣🎙CONSPIRACIES TO COMMIT WIRE FRAUD AND MONEY LAUNDERING.
There are over one hundred of these pardons. You can read about them all in the link in the first tweet. There will be names you remember and names you’ve blocked out. We keep being told we are in unprecedented times. Unprecedented are precisely the times to #ChallengeThePardons

On January 21, 2017, in his first speech, on his first day as president, trump stood before 117 Black Stars etched into the Memorial Wall at the CIA. He was there to tell the agents how intelligent he was and how much he backed them.
There is a door. On one side of that door is you and all you hold dear. Your freedoms, your joys, your Sundays in the park, your safety. On the other side is [REDACTED].
If you choose to go through that door, you’re choosing risk. Whatever you may be asked to do, your goal will be to ensure the safety of your country. In return, your country does whatever it can to keep you safe.
Do you understand how bad it is to steal classified documents?
The affidavit to support the search warrant on Czar-a-Lago is below. Please read all of it. Yes, it is 38 pages outlining crimes committed by the former president but don’t be daunted, it’s heavily [REDACTED].
We’re not going to go into every detail in an effort to keep the thread wee, but we’ll stop at the stuff I find interesting /important.
Please understand the FBI Agent who wrote this Affidavit
🗣🎙is specifically TRAINED IN COUNTERINTELLIGENCE AND ESPIONAGE INVESTIGATIONS!!
This bit is interesting. ‘Monitoring of foreign communications’. What is this like, hypothetically…say…generally speaking, someone gets caught talking about…oh, I don’t know, sanctions with a foreign government?
I’m having ‘unmasking’ flashbacks while reading this.
Do you remember when Tina Peters was indicted in Mesa Co Colorado for scheming to use the identity of a job applicant to illegally gain access to voting machines during what is called a ‘trusted build’?
You may have noticed that there was another name in that indictment. But today, it would seem Peters will be the only defendant in that case because 👇🏻
‘Testifying against Tina Peters, Sandra Brown and anyone who may be charged’. This is an important development indeed. Just this week, you may recall a Washington Post story that talked about ‘sensitive data copied from elections systems’ in Georgia. That means voting machines.
In just one week we’ve learned there was a warrant approved to search Evil Lair South for classified documents that sat unsecured, then were padlocked, were a hoax, were planted by the FBI, didn’t exist, but if they did exist, were declassified.
Very legal and very cool.
Nope👇🏻
Ideally, the worst person on the planet out of 8 billion people would not have the ability to store classified nuclear technology in their pool shed, yet here we are.
This happened because the worst person on the planet was propped up by those who thought they would find favor in his regime. The news made money, the powerful gained more power and he got more of both. But it is so much worse than that.
In one months time, we will be 21 years removed from one of the worst attacks on our country while simultaneously enduring the most recent.

After 9/11, things changed or did they? The maga of the era still had trucks only they weren’t as large as they are now. There weren’t as many flags, unless you count the “hunting permit to kill terrorists” bumper sticker, and the truck nuts that dangled just below.
There was a sense of fear, anger, hatred, confusion and for many, a desire for revenge. There was also a sense of we’re in this together. An attack against one was an attack against all. Interestingly enough, that is exactly why our allie’s came with us to war.(Article5 NATO) 📌1
Trigger warning, this contains violence against women, violence against people of color. (No images)
Someone is going to have to explain ‘Place Based Investigations’. 🧵👇🏻
The DOJ indicted 4 officers in Kentucky relative to the case resulting in Breonna Taylor’s death. Here is an indictment of 2 of them. Pay close attention to the creation date of the Place Based Investigations Unit and the date Breonna Taylor was killed.
The charges are Deprivation of Rights and Conspiracy. We need to understand a few things about this. The DOJ is a federal body. These men are being charged for violating Breonna Taylor’s constitutional right. The feds had to do this because those in power in Kentucky didn’t.
