I have no clue who did but I think it's BAYC related.
Regardless—heed my d/n—I have no illusions about the impermanence of this account, and will be making more of an effort to migrate to mastodon.online/web/@copypaste as Twitter is beyond broken.
I may have had a lot of fun here over the years, but I've never thought the endless bounty of laughs and good times this account has provided were guaranteed to exist in perpetuity.
So, should it happen again, I'll respond the same way. That is: "meh, time to work on some PR's".
i haven't posted serious analysis (just memes) about this yet but i think that "suicide trolling" is a really interesting—and troubling—addition to the Stewaverse and its lexicon
i had never heard the term before. do we know who coined it? (1/?)
i think it can be a smart term but needs to be carefully applied and probably more as a verb than as a noun descriptor.
to imply your opponent is a 'suicide troll' is to basically tell ur followers 'this person doesn't value their life or time at all so y should we'
also it mocks actual suicidal ppl—some of which engage in trolling
i think it exists. sometimes Kirt does things i see as suicide trolling. but i don't think he's a suicide troll/doesn't value his life. i just think he gets carried away w/his trolling lol and 4gets to value it.
therefore i prefer to quantify it in terms of financial outlays. the lifetime total has to be approaching $6,000.
in the above, "withdrawn" means "from circulation" not "deleted from my feed", fyi. i've never deleted previously posted art. but if i withdraw a piece it stops appearing in the rotation. since the rotation is so large, no one ever knows if that has truly happened lol.
