⚡️Azerbaijan plans to double the capacity of the Trans-Anatolian and Trans-Adriatic gas pipelines, which deliver gas to Europe, to 32 and 20 billion cubic meters per year, respectively.
This was stated by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. According to him, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, the governments of more than 10 countries have appealed to the authorities of Azerbaijan with a request to start or increase the supply of gas.

⚡️Germany cannot rely on gas supplies from Russia this winter, including through the Nord Stream gas pipeline, which will complete maintenance this week, – Bloomberg reports.
At today's press conference, Economy Minister Robert Habek was asked whether he expects Gazprom to resume gas supply after repairs to the gas pipeline.

⚡️The Ukrainian side considers it strange that the visit of the IAEA mission to the Zaporizhzhia NPP lasted only two hours, – Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President's Office of Ukraine, says on the air of the telethon.
He notes that the IAEA has specific algorithms for studying what is happening at the nuclear power plant, whether there is danger there, as well as studying the state of the reactor.

⚡️Over 30-31 August 2022, Ukrainian Armed Forces continued offensive operations in southern Ukraine, supported by intensive long-range strikes against Russian command and logistics locations across the occupied zone.
Ukraine's Ministry of Defence also released video footage of Ukrainian aircraft operating high speed anti-radiation missiles (HARMs). Russian has previously claimed that it has recovered fragments of these types of weapons, which are designed to locate and destroy radars.
Russia prioritises strong ground-based air defences - the radar coverage which enables this is a critical capability in its Ukraine operation.
