Guys, they're actually running with this. Not that Trump unlawfully (!) kept classified docs but that there were EMPTY FOLDERS with classified banners on them
Plea agreement hearing now for Julian Khater, accused of spraying Ofc Brian Sicknick on January 6. Khater has been in jail since March 2021, held in DC Gulag for 18 months.
He's pleading guilty to 2 counts of assaulting or interfering with a federal officer. No plea on file.
Khater, 33, unfortunately has his case before Judge Thomas Hogan, a Reagan appointee who should've retired years ago. He's ruthless against J6ers, denied release for Khater and George Tanios.
Tanios' detention overturned by DC appellate court after 5 1/2 months in captivity.
Tanios refused to accept plea so before case headed to trial, DOJ dropped assault charges and charged him with 2 misdemeanors. Tanios pleaded guilty, sentencing pending. amgreatness.com/2022/07/27/fed…

Judge in Whitmer fednapping trial unsealed his order related to accusations of potential juror misconduct. I'll post a few selected passages here.
Looks like a tipster contacted Josh Blanchard, one of the defense attorneys, with this:
Judge kept juror on while investigating claims. Judge Jonker repeatedly expressed concerns, even in open court, about "wasting" the time of the jurors in what DOJ says is one of its biggest domestic terror investigations in recent history
Judge throws shade at Blanchard--I reported how the judge limited time for cross examination of 2 crucial government witnesses, men who pleaded guilty to kidnapping conspiracy--by digging up one of his tweets.
Closing arguments about to begin in Whitmer fednapping trial.
Prosecutor Nils Kessler up first.
"Kidnapping is wrong. You can't snatch a governor. They wanted to set up a second American civil war."
Kessler claims plot began in late 2019, cites Barry Croft's social media posts
Kessler desperate to convince the jury the fednapping plan originated before Dan Chappel, main FBI informant, got involved in March 2020.
Fox attended 2 rallies in Lansing amid talk of "storming" the Capitol, Nessler says.
Nessler claims Fox recruited Chappel. Keep in mind...
Fox lived in basement of vacuum repair shop without running water or toilet. Chappel and 2 undercover FBI agents posing as girlfriend and boyfriend reached out to Fox and his girlfriend in June 2020 posing as "like minded" patriots.
